Rafa and the Wrong Legs is a picture book that follows Rafa, a young boy who has lost his mother in the grocery store. I can remember being a small child and accidentally grabbing onto a stranger's leg thinking it was my mother. I think this story handled that experience of being lost so well!

The illustrations were delightful, and I loved the way Rafa had such a strong voice in the text. I think this book would be great to read to all young kiddos & discuss what happens if you do get separated from your parents in public. I really appreciate that the author included discussion questions for your children at the end.

Thanks to NetGalley, Angie Lucas, and Marble Press for the chance to read and review!
