Description
Bonnie is successful in her crafts shop but fears no man will see past her disability to her strong and loving heart. Elijah dreams of leaving the family business to focus on his carvings. Can they find a new path together?
Elijah Miller is a quiet and painfully shy man with a talent for carving the handmade toys and furniture that tourists in the Amish shops love. The large, boisterous Miller family is anything but shy. With a thriving auction business, they want him to do what he hates most: taking the stage and calling the auctions. He loves his family and wants to support them, but will they allow room for Elijah to follow his own dream?
Bonnie Yoder began the Homespun Handicrafts with her friends, Sophia and Carol. Each has a physical disability to overcome but together they prove that wheelchairs and rollators will not stop them from building a business and a craft community. Bonnie, with her chestnut curls and pretty face, yearns for a husband and family of her own but fears her spinal condition will keep any Amish man from choosing a life with her. Can a man like Elijah see past her walker to the woman behind it?
With the support of his beloved dog, Slowpoke, Elijah finds the courage to bring in samples of his handcrafted toys for Bonnie to consider for display in the shop. Through her advice, Elijah begins to see a possible new life doing what he loves best. Bonnie, in reconnecting with this old school friend, fears that the hope for a relationship that she feels may be another disappointment.
Can Elijah and Bonnie help each other find the lives they want and the love they desire?

There is something incredibly uplifting about reading an Amish romance. I never imagined how much I would enjoy them until recently. ๐ช๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ง is the third book in Kelly Irvinโs ๐๐บ๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ series and was a truly special story. The thing I enjoyed most about this book was the incredible challenges the characters face and overcome. Itโs a reminder to all of us to count our blessings and enjoy them. I savoured watching Bonnie and Elijah come together despite all the odds and find a healing kind of love. It made for an unputdownable read. I highly recommend this book and am giving it the judy.ann.loves.books stamp of approval, TBR and Enjoy!
"I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own."
Did you know that because of intermarrying unintentionally that the Amish and Mennonites have an increase in their population of mental and physical birth defects ?
This story tells how Bonnie one of those people with a birth defect of SMA, which affected her ability to walk normally, her arm strength and her ability to do the physically demanding tasks all Amishwomen excelled in meets shy Elijah, a young man who creates beautiful toys and furniture for children.
Bonnie co owns a store that employs other handicapped women and sells handcrafts made by her and others and she never expected to meet someone who would not be overwhelmed by her limitations, so when Elijah who can hardly talk without stuttering shows an interest in her - she can't believe she is worthy.
Elijah has his own battles, you will enjoy their story.
I have loved getting to know the families in this wonderful series and I was delighted to find out I could learn more about Elijah Miller, another of the Miller boys. In addition to keeping tabs on the Miller boys I've already grown to love, we get to know better three more friends in the community, Bonnie, Carol and Sophia. I love how the author brings in their disabilities in such a natural way and shows how people can lead productive and happy lives despite some physical limitations. Once again, this author knocked it out of the ballpark. Her characters always come to life for me and I want to be part of this amazing community of friends and family.
I received a copy of this book from Netgalley and did not have to write a review. All opinions are solely mine.
As always I love this authors books. This was amazing!
I finished in one evening it was so good.
Bonnie is such a wonderful character but so stubborn! That's why she's my favorite person. Her mamm is too. It never hurts to ask for help but on the side note I do understand a lot! No one wants to be beholden to anyone.
Elijah made me shake my head at times too. Even made me grin sometimes.
Bonnie and Elihah are opposites. I really loved them both.
Faith, Hope, and love are depicted a lot in this story which is another reason I loved it so much. It gives the reader hope when they read these wonderful books.
The Lord does have a way with perfect timing doesn't He?
5 stars.for keeping me engaged. I loved every minute of it. I highly recommend. You will learn much.
My thanks for a copy of this book. I was NOT required to write a positive review. All opinions expressed are mine.
I learned a lot about SMA.
I'm so proud of these three young ladies who works hard to not or try not to think about their disabilities.
A heart warming story of two Amish friends who are both carriers of a rare genetic disorder called Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy, very prevalent in Northern Indiana Amish. Both Declan Miller and Bethel King have younger siblings with this disorder. Bethel feels her obligation is to her family, helping with daily care and chores to ease the burden placed upon her family. Declan dreams of having his own Auction Calling service, a family and possible future with Bethel. When he gets his own health scare, both Declan and Bethel feel their futures are never to be had. Their friendship is deep and both must overcome the uncertainty of the what if's in life. The Author did a wonderful job of putting you in the charactor and hearing the voices of their plea for help.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book. Opins expressed in this review are completely my own.
Oh, what a wonderful book this was. I have really enjoyed Kelly Irvinโs series about characters dealing with different disabilities. And this book does not disappoint.
The story centers around the extremely shy Elijah Miller who is desperate not to be a part of his auctioneering familyโs business. Elijah is gifted at woodworking and creating beautiful toys and childrenโs furniture. He would like to be able to sell his work and have his own business. His family does not understand his shyness and why he gets painfully tongue-tied in front of most people.
Bonnie Yoder and her mother have been struggling since the death of Bonnieโs beloved father. Bonnie also has a terrible degenerative, crippling disease that will ultimately put her in a wheelchair. She has fought her diagnosis for years and has opened a successful gift shop with two other disabled women. Bonnie and Elijah attended school together and she often stuck up for him when they were kids. When Elijah shows up at her shop, she is pleased with his work, and despite his awkwardness, contracts with him for more pieces. She finds herself attracted to him but shuts down any possibility of interest since she sees herself as someone who will have to spend her life alone as a result of her disability. Elijah finds her pretty and has always liked her. She is one of the few people he can stammer out a few words with.
In the meantime, Bonnieโs widowed mother Jocelyn has been in a deep hole unable to move past her grief. That is until the hired hand, widower Theo comes into the picture. He too, had lost his wife a year before and is trying to start his life over.
Kelly Irvin takes the reader on a double journey through both of these love stories. Questions hover about how God could have allowed such hardships, and how people deal with such insurmountable problems. Godโs grace and forgiveness echo from the pages. Both Bonnie and her mother have to learn to deal with their pride and determination to do everything themselves. Elijah has to face his issues and his family and discover what God truly wants for him. Theo, too, has to find forgiveness from his son. These are weighty problems that can cause heart-wrenching decisions, but the story moves sweetly through the obstacles to get to an HEA. I do like that Kelly Irvin does not try to put a happy face on the very real circumstances the characters face, and I love that the story emphasizes that people with serious issues can and do find love and fulfilling lives. It was a wonderful and compelling read and I highly recommend it.
I received an advance reader copy of this book for free and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
I just adore Kelly Irvin's books and this one is no exception. She is continuously on my top of the list for books read every year. With All Her Heart is another example of why she is one of the best. Join Elijah, a painfully shy Amish man and Bonnie, a disabled woman, as they discover that they can do more than they ever realized: and they can do it together!
A wonderful story of finding Godโs path for you. Not letting your fears, shyness or disabilities hold you back. Also being brave enough to find true love without your fears blocking you. A fantastic read!
Wow, what a great book! This is the best one in the series, in my opinion. Bonnie and Elijah are 2 souls that needed each other without even knowing it. Love always wins. I was given an Advanced Reader Copy to read and this is my opinion only.
Bonnie is a successful Amish woman. But she longs to find a husband and have a family. But she holds back because she is disabled and thinks no one will have her. Elijah is painfully shy but he loves Bonnie. Now if he can pluck up the courage to tell her. Sweet romance.
Beautiful meaningful Title! Awesome cover and Heartfelt Amish Romance novel! Master Story Teller Kelly Irvin gives her readers not one but two romances in this uplifting inspirational story. I was totally drawn into the book from the first chapter . I loved all the characters that made this book seem so realistic. The theme of the book dealt with people with disabilities due to genetic disorders and accidents. How these disabilities affected the way they lived their lives. Putting their trust in God for their future instead of letting a disability rule their lives. I thought the book was very well written and researched. I have enjoyed every book in this series but this one goes on my favorite shelf.
Bonnie Yoder never gave much thought to getting married. At a young age she found out that she had Spinal Muscular Atrophy or SMA. Gradually she was losing the strength in her muscles which caused her to depend on a rollator to get around. Bonnie owned Homespun Handicrafts, a shop in Leeโs Gulch Virginia. Two other Amish friends who also had disabilities helped her run the shop. Bonnie felt her SMA held her back from having a normal life with a husband and children.
Elijah Miller is part of a large loud Amish family . Most of the men in the family are Auctioneers and on the road six months of the year. Elijah is different from his brothers. Heโs always been shy and the thought of being an Auctioneer makes him physically sick. Heโs talented in making wooden toys and hopes to sell them at Bonnieโs shop. For years Elijah has had a crush on Bonnie. She is so pretty that he would like to court her but he canโt even get up the nerve to go to her shop to see if he could sell his toys there on consignment.
I highly recommend With All Her Heart to readers of Amish Romance and Christian Fiction. This book is part of a series. Some of the characters are carried over from other books in this series. I feel that this book could be read out of order without reading the other books. This book is scheduled for release on 1/28/25
I voluntarily read an advanced Readers Copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions shared here in this review are solely my own.

With All Her Heart is the third book in An Amish Calling series by Kelly Irvin. Bonnie who has SMA owns a gift shop called Homespun Handicrafts. Her friends and co workers also have some sort of physical disability but that doesnโt hold them back from living their lives to the fullest. Elijah is shy with Godโs gift to make toys but her comes from a family of auctioneers. The thought of going on stage makes him sick. Can they overcome their unique challenges and listen to Godโs will for their lives. I loved it and will definitely have to go back and read the first two. Can be read as a stand alone.
Thank you to the publisher, NetGalley and Zondervan fiction for the advanced copy. This is my honest review.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this book.
Amish fiction is one of my favorite genres and I just loved this book. I loved the wholesome story and the characters that were realistic, had their faults, but were dedicated to their community, family, and faith.
Kelly Irvin did a fantastic job.
Highly recommend.
With All Her Heart by Kelly Irvin is filled with messages of hope, courage, endurance, faith, optimism, and love. An uplifting story for those facing life's challenges. Characters that leave you feeling humbled and hopeful.
Releases Jan. 28th. I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
I love how the author Kelly Irvin shows us people have different challenges in life. Some are seen and some unseen. Even though Bonnie suffers from the genetic disease SMA, she is a co-owner of Homespun Handicrafts with two friends that also suffer from disabilities. Bonnie would love to marry and have children but knows that her disease will progress and her mobility decrease. She doesn't want to burden anyone. Elijah is a shy, introverted and handsome man from a family of auctioneers. He is also talented woodcarver and furniture maker who wants to sell his goods in Bonnie's store. Elijah's family wants him in their auction business, but he struggles to speak to people outside his family. I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own. This is a sweet romance. I love this book and the series.
This is an interesting book by Kelly Irvin. This book explores the genetic disabilities, called the Founder effect, that can affect the Amish community. The book centers around Bonnie and Elijah. Bonnie is afflicted by several disabilities that affects her legs and hands making it difficult to walk and grip onto things. She and 2 of her friends that also have various disabilities run a craft/consignment store. Elijah comes from a family of auctioneers started by his grandfather. His dad expects him to follow in their footsteps along with his brothers. Elijah is a talented woodworker and doesn't want to be in front of people calling auctions. He is in love with Bonnie and she loves him, too, but because of her disabilities, keeps him at arm's length. Will they be able to overcome their various challenges and eventually marry? Read this book to find out. I received a complimentary copy of this book but was not required to leave a review. #netgalley #zondervanfiction
This is the third book in this series, all equally as good, this can be read alone, there are recurring characters.
This is Elijah Miller's story, a bashful young man that would rather make wooden toys than get in front of a crowd and auctioneer.
This is also a young Amish woman, Bonnie Yoder, that was born with a disability. She has persevered despite her disabilities. She now owns a shop with two other women with physical limitations, they take goods on consignment.
Sparks fly between these two, but can they ever really forge a relationship, especially when things seem to be worsening health wise. Will Elijah be able to overcome his fears? Answers come, and we are updated on past characters we came to care about!
I'm am hoping for more in this series!
I received this book through Net Galley and the Publisher Zondervan Fiction, and was not required to give a positive review.
As always, I enjoy Kelly Irvinโs books and this one did not disappoint. Such a well written, clean novel, it reminded me that even though people have disabilities, they should never let their challenges dictate how they live life-they need to meet them head on and try to overcome them. This book is part of a series so you might want to read the other books first to become familiar with previous characters.
I was given a complimentary copy of this book from Netgalley and the publisher. All words are my own.
Kelly Irvin has given us a unique and special novel with her third book in An Amish Calling series, WITH ALL HER Heart. Ms. Irvin chooses the most distinctive topics to write a story about. I learn so much each time I have the pleasure of reading one of her books.
Bonnie Yoder has SMA, yet she owns Homespun Handicrafts with her friends, Sophia and Carol. Each girl has their own handicap, nevertheless, try to live a normal lifestyle.
Elijah Miller Loves making handmade toys for children, but is called on to help with the familyโs auction business. Elijah hates the idea of being an auctioneer.
All the characters in this story are so realistic you feel like you think of them as friends.
There is so much going on in this Fastpace novel that you canโt wait until you can read more.
We are able to watch Elijah and Bonnie struggle to achieve the desires of their hearts.
I was allowed to read an ARC from Zondervan Fiction | Zondervan through NetGalley, but was not required to give a positive review.
You will Thoroughly enjoy this five star book. Order your copy today.
Elijah Miller wants to sell his handmade wooden products at Homespun Handicrafts in Lee's Gulch. He is so shy it will be hard to ask the owners to take his items. He loves working with his hands and it would be life-changing to make this work. He feels physically ill at the thought of being a caller at his family's auction business. He just isn't like Troy and Declan.
Bonnie Yoder is a co-owner at the store. She remembers that the Miller brother was shy in school. She has had to make her way in the business world with her two dear friends who are also differently abled. Spinal muscular atrophy causes her to use a rollator to get around in the store and elsewhere. She can be a bit prickly when someone assumes she needs help. She believes that no man would court her and that she will be single for her life.
I received an e-copy of this book from the publisher through NetGalley. I deeply appreciate it and the series from Kelly Irvin. This is my unsolicited opinion. It's an excellent book. I understand the feelings of both main characters and Bonnie's mother, Jocelyn. The author deals with the very real concerns and feelings of people with introverted characteristics and those who have chronic medical conditions. This is a touching story. It goes so well with the previous stories involving the Miller brothers. For readers who have enjoyed the previous books you will recognize Sadie and other series characters. This is a definite five star read for me. I recommend it to readers who like a more realistic Amish story.
I remain unclear about why I love amish romance, but I really really do. So cute, so easy to read, so mindless but in a really lovely way.
I have loved this whole series by Kelly Irvin about the special needs in the Amish community due to the Founder's effect. I read the author's note upfront about how she didn't necessarily agree with the actions in the book, but she strived to write the Amish perspective faithfully. I can see why she thought that the note was necessary, but she wrote Bonnie so beautifully, no reader could blame Elijah for falling for her. Having children knowing they could pass on genetic mutations, that's more difficult, but I think that is one of those areas where grace is needed for people's whose perspective differs from yours. Regardless, this story reads beautifully- it's so tenderly and compassionately written and just reaffirming and hopeful.
I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
Thank you#NetGalley and Zondervan Fiction for the Arc.
Kelly Irvin does it again! This is the third in the Amish Calling series and once again takes on one of the toughest of topics, disabilities. As a mother to several children with various special needs, this book was a powerful story of challenge and triumph. The romance woven between every day life with SMA and extreme shyness was sweet and raw. This was a sweet and lovely read that had me looking forward to each evenings reading time and left me so encouraged at the end.

Book 3 of 3: Amish Calling
Bonnie is successful in her crafts shop but fears no man will see past her disability to her strong and loving heart. Elijah dreams of leaving the family business to focus on his carvings. Can they find a new path together?

Can Elijah and Bonnie help each other find the lives they want and the love they desire?
This is Bonnie Yoder and Elijah Miller's story.
โHannah, can you handle the cash register while I talk with Elijah?โ
Elijah Millerโs stricken expression sent a flaming arrow straight to Bonnie Yoderโs heart. She angled her rollator between him and the door to keep him from making a run for it. โThat box looks heavy.โ
Taking advantage of an aisle made extra wide to accommodate wheelchairs, Bonnie passed Elijah and took the lead past displays of leather goods, jewelry, birdhouses, candles, soaps, ceramics, pottery, paintings, scarves, totes, baskets, and handmade greeting cards, all created by area artisans. Then bookshelves filled with books written by Plain authors and even some Amish romance novels written by English authors followed. Bonnie and her co-owners did their best to give local and regional artisans, specifically ones with disabilities, a place to sell their wares.
Humming โAmazing Grace,โ Elijah Miller stuck a box filled with wooden toys into the back of his buggy next to a rocking horse, a dollโs cradle, a tiny table with four matching chairs, and a child- size wooden push lawn mower toy. The humming and that particular hymn took his mind off what was coming. He brushed his hands together. โThatโll do it.โ

Book 3 of 3: Amish Calling
Kelly Irvinโs third book in the Amish Calling series is a heartwarming tale of love and acceptance. The series begins with an insightful Authorโs Note that delves into the concept of the โfounder effect,โ a phenomenon experienced by some Plain families due to a limited gene pool. Despite this, these families firmly believe that every child, regardless of disability, is cherished and considered special.
The story follows Bonnie Yoder, a co-owner of a successful gift shop with two other disabled Amish women. While Bonnie has managed her disability well and achieved success in her business, she has never imagined marriage or children in her future.
Elijah Miller, on the other hand, comes from a family of auctioneers but struggles with shyness, making it unlikely that he will follow in his fatherโs footsteps. Instead, he finds solace and passion in creating wooden toys from carvings. He has been working in a workshop behind his familyโs home and dreams of turning his hobby into a business and eventually having his own family.
Elijah and Bonnie strike a deal for him to sell his wooden carvings at her gift shop. As they spend time together, they realize that thereโs a deeper connection between them despite the challenges they face. Elijahโs shyness just might hold him back. And Bonnie struggles with the idea of being a good Plain wife and mother due to her disability. In fact, she finds it impossible to imagine.
While it is clear that there is a strong connection between Elijah and Bonnie, the couple struggle to find a way that will bring them both happiness. This book is a story of love and acceptance that celebrates the happiness of even less-than-perfect protagonists. The authorโs sensitivity in portraying these charactersโ struggles and their eventual happy endings is truly commendable.
While the main focus of the story is on Elijah and Bonnieโs love story, thereโs also a delightful secondary love story that adds to the overall charm of the narrative. Additionally, I must mention the profound love and care shown by the Plain community towards disabled individuals and children in their midst. Itโs a testament to the values and beliefs that reinforces their societyโs ways.
Many thanks to Zondervan Fiction and to NetGalley for this ARC for review. This is my honest opinion.
With All Her Heart is book 3 in Kelly Irvin's Amish Calling series and it was so good that I had tears in my eyes when I finished it! Because of Bonnie's disability she feels like a relationship with Elijah wouldn't be in his best interest. He also struggles with extreme shyness and is scared to do the calling at his family's auction business. They both grow so much, and it was a joy to read their story! I also really enjoyed Bonnie's mom romance with a widower and how that all played out. Slowpoke is also a great dog and one everyone would love to have. This is truly one of my all-time favorites by Kelly Irvin!
Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review. All opinions are my own.

With All Her Heart by Kelly Irvin, book two in the Amish Calling series, is a faith filled, sweet, heartwarming story about not letting your fears, shyness or disabilities hold you back, finding G-dโs path for you, and being brave enough to find true love without your fears stopping you.
It is a story filled with emotion as a young woman with a disability struggles with whether or not she should court a young man. This series is unique in that its main theme is genetic disabilities, as a result of intermarriage within the Amish.
Bonnie Yoder was quite young when they discovered she had Spinal Muscular Atrophy or SMA. Gradually she was losing the strength in her muscles which caused her to depend on a rollator to get around. Bonnie co-owned Homespun Handicrafts, a successful gift shop in Leeโs Gulch Virginia, with two other disabled Amish women. While Bonnie has managed her disability well and achieved success in her business, she has never imagined marriage or children in her future, as she feared the SMA would hold her back from having a normal life with a husband and children.
Elijah Miller, on the other hand, comes from a family of auctioneers but struggles with shyness, making it unlikely that he will follow in his father or brotherโs footsteps. His talent and passion is in creating wooden toys from carvings. He has been working in a workshop behind his familyโs home and dreams of turning his hobby into a business and eventually having his own family. Heโs decided to see if he could sell his toys at Bonnieโs shop on consignment.
Elijah and Bonnie come to an agreement for selling his items. Spending time together, they realize that thereโs a deeper connection between them despite their individual challenges. Though they share a connection, they struggle to find a way that will bring both of them happiness. They both must face their fears and deal with pride; the pride of asking for help.
Ms. Irvin wrote a wonderful, heartfelt, sweet, and moving story that focused on how the Amish value children with different abilities. While the main focus of the story is on Elijah and Bonnieโs love story, there is also a delightful secondary love story that adds to the overall charm of the narrative. This book is a story of love and acceptance that celebrates the happiness of even less-than-perfect protagonists.

With All Her Heart is a truly inspiring story written by Kelly Irvin. The author has spun a story about disabilities through some very compassionate characters. The author also gives the reader insight as to how these disabilities can effect persons life in good and bad ways. This story sheds light on SMA and how it's progression occurs. It is obvious the author has done thorough research for her readers. The characters are very likeable and I enjoyed getting to know there story. The storyline definitely keeps the readers interest. This is another enjoyable read from this author.
Disabilities of all kinds step into the limelight in "With All Her Heart" by Kelly Irvin, book 3 in her Amish Calling series. From hereditary disabilities to those caused by accidents, the main characters find ways to be productive members of their Amish society.
Bonnie Yoder has something called SMA (spinal muscular atrophy), a rare disease that is gradually stealing her muscles. She uses a rollator to walk, and is determined to walk as long as she can, thank you very much. She often needs help but is offended if anyone just steps in without asking if she needs help. She feels she has been a burden on her mother all her life, but is unwilling to entertain any thoughts of marriage because she doesn't want to go into such an unequal union. She owns and operates a craft shop with two of her friends - all of whom are disabled in one way or another. The crafts she sells are mostly made by disabled members of her Amish community, because everyone needs to feel valued for what they can contribute.
Eli Miller is an oddity in his family of auctioneers. His worst nightmare is standing in front of a group of people with all eyes on him as he calls an auction, but that is exactly what his father asks him to do. Every other man in his family has stepped up to the mic without fear and done his duty to the family. Eli has taken the classes and passed with flying colors but when he actually tries he freezes and can't get a word past his closed throat. His dream is to make children's toys and furniture in his shop, selling them in Bonnie's store. He feels misunderstood as the lone introvert in his family of extroverts. It also doesn't hurt that he's been half in love with Bonnie Yoder ever since their school days.
As Bonnie and Eli work together to sell his toys, and the pressure from his father mounts to join them on the auction circuit, can Eli prove to himself that 1. he IS capable of calling an auction without freezing, and 2. he can convince his father that auctioneering isn't what he wants for his life? When Bonnie's condition deteriorates and she pulls back from him, can Eli convince her to give their love a chance?
As the daughter of a man who was disabled at 28 due to a 52' fall from the top of a silo he was building, I know all about stubborn Mennonites who don't want help if they don't NEED help. Bonnie's constant "I can do that myself" rang pretty true in my mind, although I thought she took it too far to her own detriment. I have to say, I was amazed by Eli and his willingness to take Bonnie's limitations and look right past them to the beautiful heart she tried so hard to protect. Most people would be like the young man at the Bent and Dent who was interested as long as she was pushing a shopping cart but the minute she grabbed her rollator, he completely lost interest in Bonnie.
In many ways, this was a harder book for me to read than the others in the series, and maybe it is because, in my mind's eye, I could see the reactions people sometimes had to my dad and his cane. Readers interested in learning about the Amish, and the Founder Effect, and the many rare diseases found among the Amish population, will find a wealth of knowledge here. I also enjoyed revisiting the characters from the first two books in the series, and I absolutely loved Eli. He is a gem! Kelly Irvin has written a book that came straight from her heart for the disabled. Don't miss it!
I listened to this one on the NetGalley Shelf app, and was impressed with the narrator and her Pennsylvania Dutch pronunciations. (My dad was fluent, so I heard it often and recognize when it's being butchered.)
Deeply Touching Story
This story is beautiful, touching, heartfelt, inspiring, and insightful. The author's description of the difficulties of dealing with illness and limited mobility is touching and sincere. This makes the characters that much more real, and I deeply feel everything about them: their challenges, their faith, their feelings, and so much more.
The author also does a fantastic job of describing the difficulties and challenges faced when one cannot fully pursue what one's heart desires and one's talents dictate, especially when family logistics play a part.
How those elements, along with faith, perseverance, and hope, played into Bonnie and Elijah's story is what makes With All Her Heart a beautiful and deeply touching story of love, faith, and God's will.

Loved reading the inspirational and awesome Christian story. Even though Elijah is shy, he wants to court Bonnie. Read the highly recommended, wonderfully written, and a must read riveting romance story.
Bonnie is successful in her crafts shop but fears no man will see past her disability to her strong and loving heart. Elijah dreams of leaving the family business to focus on his carvings. Can they find a new path together? This is the story who inspired me to do all things with all my heart.
What a beautifully written story that is full of emotions. It's full of hope and inspiration and keeps you turning the pages.
I loved it and highly recommend this book.
