This can be applied to every business and aspect of life! I agree with the authors. Nothing is more creativity killing that someone squashing your every idea. Not allowing one to explore or grow or attend conferences or classes for inspiration. It only hurts everyone to keep people from contributing to the group. The sooner folks learn that the better off well all be.

This is a great book if you are a creative entrepreneur wanting to build a culture that supports creativity in the organisation.. tips and ideas (some of them really creative) are good for small orgs.. not sure if they will be as effective for large organisations..

I loved reading the short book though..

Easy and entertaining read. I can relate to this book since I am a designer.
This book is a little bit different from other business books. There are a lot of interesting advice from this book that I can apply. Recommended!
