Well thouhgout and done up book for women that need some inspiration if they work in a male dominated work place (and let's not kid ourself which women isn't in that position at some point in their life, sadly?) it talks about and ideas on how to handle situations and gives a quick summary of the chapter at its end.
Sure most points might not be revolutionary or never seen before ideas, but its nice to have them all compact in one book and see them all together if you need it.,
A well organised book that provided well need guidance to women who work in male dominated fields. At the end of each chapter, there is a summary that emphasizes key points.
In "The Unspoken Code," Marja Norris offers thoughtful and relevant advice for women looking to grow their careers and effectively navigate workplace politics. With three decades of experience in corporate finance, Norris provides firm and direct advice on strategies for advancement and cultivating a personal growth mindset. I found this immediately relevant to my own career, and have recommended it to friends who are developing themselves professionally. The reception was enthusiastic - Norris knows how to reach her target audience - although some pieces of advice may seem a bit dated in the current professional climate.
