As a food allergy family with Celiac's, I was intrigued with this book. However, the book itself seemed lacking. Full color photos aid to the visual appeal of cookbooks and could easily have been added in some capacity to this book. Overall, the basic information is geared toward beginner cooks but the recipes are not. It also comes off privileged.
