The book was written in a manner that people in the field of Talent Development could easily understand the content and apply it within their own work environments. Kudos!

The author provides an introduction to learning and development by giving the theoretical background and practical aspects to manage a learning and development plan. The book is very well documentation and the transition between the theoretical and the practical is balanced.
