Powerful guide for learning and development in the large Organizations. The author provides an introduction to learning and development by giving the theoretical background and practical aspects to manage a learning and development plan. The book is very well documentation and the transition between the theoretical and the practical is balanced.
I work in this field and found this book very interesting and useful. I consider it a must have for anyone who works in the enterprise training field.

An insightful read that is well researched and clearly set out. Having clear chapters ensures you can nip in and out at your convenience.
So, I'm also the author of a book on Training and Development, which is why I was really interested to see what this book had. As a whole, I found the book very practical and user-friendly. The book was written in a manner that people in the field of Talent Development could easily understand the content and apply it within their own work environments. Kudos!
