I just started my plant-based diet, and one of the things I was really stressing about was how I would be able to meal prep with my new restrictions. I personally find it very difficult to cook throughout the week without having at least some of the food prepped before hand.

This book has great information both for planning the weekly meals, and plant=based diets. I love a lot of the recipes, and can't wait to try more of them.

This book would be a great Christmas gift for the vegan in your life, since I usually try to do more organization and prep each new year. I know I would love to find a copy under the tree. :)

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I absolutely loved this book! My husband and I have been plant-based for almost 2 years now and this was the perfect meal prep guide for us. I loved the introduction and how they shared their journey with us. I also liked how each chapter talked about why they picked these recipes and what worked best them. I’m personally more like Adam, but my husband was more excited about Steph’s choices.
What I loved:
• Colored pictures of the finished recipe.
• Their story.
• Helpful lists of items needed.
• Delicious recipes.
• Easy to understand and follow directions.

I’m not going to force anyone to give up meat but I wish everyone to take a look at this because it’s a very encouraging, helpful start to healthier choices and great tasting food.

“Our goals have always been to educate, inspire, and empower people to take control of their health—and it all starts with what’s on your plate.” ~Steph & AB

This was a NETGALLEY gift and all opinions are my own. I’m buying this as soon as it’s available. ♥️

If you want to eat healthy but still eye candy food, this is the book. It has so many ideas of make-ahead recipes. With two chefs involved, you get a taste of different varieties. When the plate looks so gourmet, when boxed, you know you are gonna enjoy it. Salted caramel oatmeal, isnt that gourmet for breakfast? quinoa breakfast bowl?
Rollatini..

"Eating a plant-based diet--one that embraces veggies and ditches the meat, eggs, and dairy--is one of the easiest ways to improve your health."

What a wonderful find this book is! Full of full page colorful pictures of the made recipe items. I got hungry just looking at the pictures. Looking at the recipes I couldn't believe how easy these recipes are to make. I liked that at the top of each recipe it tells you soy free, grain free etc. for those with dietary restrictions. The nice thing is all the recipes are gluten free as well.
Healthy eating is nothing new to me. When I was growing up my mother was and still is a vegan but I got away from eating this way raising my family. Now that I have more time to focus on myself again I am so glad I eat a mostly plant based diet, no red meat for me at all!
Another nice thing about the book is the foods are easily prepared ahead of time and separated into containers for on the go meals, nice for the weekends when cooking time may be limited. This will be a much used recipe book for me as I am excited to try so many delicious things in it from entrees to breakfast to sides and desserts. Highly recommended!

I wanted to read this book more out of curiosity than anything else. Our family has nights where we eat vegan, but they are rare, and we have talked about adding more vegan meals into our routine so this book was a great place to begin looking at that idea. Plant-Based Meal Prep has a lot of great information in it, especially if you are just beginning your vegan journey. Shopping lists are included before the sections of recipes being discussed. And I really appreciated that they tried, as much as possible, to have ingredients and prep overlap multiple recipes so that the meal preparations were as easy and streamlined as possible.

Disclaimer: I was given an advance reader copy through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I found this book to have a good variety of recipes including a couple that I regularly get at restaurants and would like to make myself. I like how they explain how to do meal planning, which is something that I want to start doing. I like how at the top of the recipe it tells you what the recipe is free from, such as grain-free or soy-free.

I would definitely recommend this book!

There were some good ideas and tasty-sounding recipes in here that I look forward to trying. I also appreciated the meal prep and storage tips.

I do wish that more plant-based/vegan/vegetarian cookbooks stopped trying to replicate animal products (meat, cheese, etc.) in their recipes - there are plenty of flavors and textures from just plants that we don't need to try to mimic whatever it is we're "giving up."

I really enjoyed many of the meal options in this book. I would recommend this especially for someone who is new to plant based diets. The recipe photos were bright and colorful and almost all recipes had a photo, which is a must for me, I have added a couple recipes to my meal planning this week.

Beautiful, well organized, and it looks so tasty! I like how the recipes are listed as multi-recipe meal prep as opposed to single day dishes, and I like how the shopping list is included. I will certainly buy this book when it is available.
