I love this little book! I can barely draw stick people, but love the idea of learning to draw and paint sweet, simple art that I can use for cards or in an art journal. I was disappointed with the first ten or so pages as it felt more like a "what to buy" book than a "how to draw" book. But then we got to the section where the author had created little pieces of art exactly like I wanted. I took my pen and scratch paper and practiced several of her drawings. They look nothing like hers, but I am hopeful that practice will help me improve. I am especially excited to draw and paint the little kitchen shelves vignette, and some of her plants and florals. I will be buying a drawing tablet the next chance I get!

Thanks for the lovely inspiration Netgalley, Flora Waycott and Walter Foster Publishing who gave me this digital ARC in exchange for my honest review.

'Draw Every Little Thing' is a step by step guide to drawing. Starting with tools, lines and colour theory the book will easily guide you through the art of sketching, drawing and colouring. You will learn how to draw everyday objects such as plants, domestic animals, kitchen and room equipment. I really enjoyed the pictures in the book and step by step tutorials, and even though I'm a rather reluctant as far as drawing is concerned I'm going to give it a go.
