This book is bursting with recipes for the instant pot or any pressure cooker. Some were very similar and for me I would have preferred less recipes and more pictures (even if they were small). I did think some of the recipes were a bit over complex. I wouldn't be drawn to any recipe where I had to clean the pot out half way through cooking. For me the pressure cooker is a time saver. I did like the chapter devoted to lentils and found a few I would like to try. Overall it is quite a good book but the lack of pictures for each recipe was a drawback for me..
