Outright, the most useful decision making book I've ever read. Why? Because it gets you to focus on making a decision driven by your values... So, you decide what is most important first and then create decisions to achieve that. Isn't that what all decision making books do? No, because we often just want because to solve a problem without considering why! A subtle difference but a vital one because we can use an excellent decision making process to make an excellently wrong decision!
Just superb, worth two reads at least!
