I enjoyed this book. The story was fascinating, the characters were great, and the romance was steamy. This was a quick read that I could not put down! I loved the fairy tale feel to this book!
I definitely recommend this to romance fans!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A great first to this series. The best was that the American bride to the future king did not have to win over the people of the country in order the be accepted. She was accepted from day 1.
Here we have another engaging and entertaining read by Ms. North. I like the way she introduces you to a new culture and weaves a captivating story with romance and drama that gets me completely immersed in another world. Stella and Kadir meet through a matchmaker. Kadir is destined to be a king and will soon need a wife. Stella is tired of the deadbeats she has dated, so she agrees to a little matchmaking. They end up marrying and there is an undeniable attraction between the two and no shortage of sparks between them. But misunderstandings get in their way and they need to find a way to build the trust between them before they can move forward. This was a well-written and enjoyable read with great characters. Ms North never disappoints!
I received a complimentary copy from Netgalley and am voluntarily leaving my review.
I enjoyed this story as it was different than the other books that are out there right now. Stella meets Naziha one day and instantly hits it off and Naziha being a matchmaker sets herself to help her find the perfect man. Enter the Sheikh who is in need of a wife. There is instant chemistry between the two. After some miscommunications and arguments they find their HEA.

This is a good book. The two main characters are Stella and Katie. Stella is a video game designer and Kadir is in line to be the next King of his country. His sister is a matchmaker. She matches Stella and Kadir, they get married. He becomes the King and she becomes a Queen. They have some issues and some secrets. They overcome the issues and secrets and fall in love.
This was a cute little story where newlyweds in an arranged marriage had to learn to compromise and communicate. I really appreciated that their marriage wasn't all sunshine and roses and that they had more than a couple trials. I also liked that nothing was crazy rushed and that they actually talked to each other before rushing into anything. A very sweet story.
I received an advanced copy of this book through NetGalley. This is my honest review.
Um. I have mixed feelings on this one. It was enjoyable but extremely predictable. Not much in a bad way, but a few twists would have been nice. It's a smooth read.
Kadir and Stella met through his sister’s matchmaking agency. They have an arranged marriage. They are strangers. They have a volatile relationship. He will be the king of his country. He wants to bring foreign money to the country to make it a tech hub. Stella loves the charm of the old sections of the country. There views clash. He has trust issues because his mother left the family to become an actress. Their relationship has many twists and turns. Love wins the day. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
As usual another brilliant romance from Leslie North. Fast becoming one of my favourite authors and never fails to deliver. Loved the premise and the characters in this book.
Another wonderful read from Leslie North. Kadir soon to be King of Al-Fatha decides to use his sister Naziha matchmaking services. The company has pass down thru the generations in his family. He is matched with Stella. Stella is an American who is a friend of Naziha. Kadir and Stella marry and at first everything is wonderful but then the crack start in the relationship. Kadir is afraid Stella will leave him like his mother did when he was 8 years old. They also butt heads over Stella believing in the old history and wants to restore the old market and Kadir wants to modernize all the old buildings. All this leads to misunderstandings. Of course in the end they make their way back to each other. Highly recommend. This is a very enjoyable fast read.
Received this book as an ARC from Netgalley for my honest review.
This was my second Leslie north book and my first book with a sheikh. I must admit I am not sure what an sheikh is, but that did not make the book bad. Sadly I did not enjoy this book very much. The problem was with the Hero Kadir. I thought he was very annoying and he was the stubborn one. Sally was a fun heroine that did not want to let go of her dreams and stood by her opinions. I liked that she was a video game developer.
The thing with North’s books is that they are perfect in between books read, since they are fun and fast paced. But so far I have not been madly in love with her books
Kadir is so sure that his way is the only right way. He practically wrecked everything with Stella because he wasn't willing to give a little. I liked how Stella is willing to help Kadir see other ways.
