Miraval is a spa resort located in Tucson, Arizona. If you're like me, you haven't yet visited, but this book will make you want to book that trip! Still, this book takes you there via its luscious photography and amazing recipes!

Before coming across this book, I never heard of Miraval. After reading it, and feeling pampered by many of the ideas and the gorgeous photographs, I wish I had enough money to go there , but alas, my coffers are empty. Fortunately, with the ideas in the book, I can take advantage of some of the things that guests enjoy.
