I appreciated the gift (10 days’ detox ebook) for readers. This guide is particularly effective as it is clear and comprehensive. It includes explanations about the gut system, but also why it is so important, and how to keep it healthy. It deals with all kinds of issues such as gut microbiome, the signs of an unhealthy gut, diseases, ways to improve your gut health, foods (which to avoid, which to give a go) and ends with an amazing 4-week plan to restore your gut health. I’m French and English is not y native tongue but everything was readily understandable and fascinating. I knew how essential our gut health is but this book reminded me to what extent it is indeed vital! Thank you for such a fabulous book and your attention to detail and to us (the summary at the end of the guide for instance and the bonus book)!

Really interesting no fad book regarding gut health. Will be trying out some of the ideas in this book to see if they help. Well set out and described, a very useful book.

A comprehensive look at the importance of and possible problems with gut health.
The author gives evidence of the links between the brain and the gut and how gut health can influence so many other areas of wellbeing.
There are discussions of the various types of gut problems and possible ways of addressing these through diet.

I have always had problems with my gut. I've gone to many doctors, only to be prescribed pill after pill with no results. I have perused the book and I am really looking forward to implementing some of the ideas from this book and using the recipes to see if they will make a difference for me.

Your Super Gut Feeling Restored by Dr. Robertino Bedenian is a full guide that explains the importance of the gut and how it is linked to a great majority of changes that take place in the human body. The book provides a theoretical background to the reader, which at times may be a little scary for the lay person, in addition to practical tips on how to implement changes in one’s diet to prevent or fend gut related problems.
