THE DANGER WITH DIAMONDS by TRACI HUNTER ABRAMSON and SIAN ANN BESSEY follows after Heirs of Falcon Point and is a book I have been waiting for for a long time. I am definitely not disappointed and recommend this novel as highly as I did the first one in the series. Although I suggest that you read the books in sequence, The Danger With Diamonds can easily stand alone.
I love the descriptions of the setting in Vienna and the interesting characters, most of whom we get to know in the first story.
Cole Rogers is an undercover CIA agent who is pretending to work for the US Embassy. While rescuing his colleague from a hostage situation he comes across a bag of very rare and valuable pink diamonds. His cousin Lars Hendriks is a jewelry expert and photographer who has been called to the Bankhaus Steiner to catalogue the treasure that was buried before the second world war at Falcon Point, and to look at these diamonds as well Isabelle Roberts, ,also an undercover CIA agent, is the banker who was involved with the safekeeping of the treasure. Marit Jansen is a beautiful model who Lars invites to help him photograph the jewels.
Of course there are also other characters including a criminal element who want to do away with those who are after them to inorder to hide their money laundering, jewelry heists and murder……
This is a well written book with everything you need in a romantic thriller to keep you enthralled.
I was given a free copy of the book by NetGalley from Covenant Communications. The opinions in this review arecompletely my own.

Another great book that helps continue great characters and stories!! I didn't realize the Cole in this series was the Cole in the last guardian book!! I love how the author pulls characters from other books and expands everyone's story!! Keep em coming ladies!!!
An on the edge of your seat book
This book is a wonderful addition to the Falcon Point story. It can be read as a standalone as well. Cole, a CIA agent, is on a mission to rescue another agent. Little does he or anyone else realize that the kidnapping is just the tip of the plot he will soon be embroiled in. Even as Cole proceeds with the rescue his cousin Lars, a photographer specializing in jewelry, has started work on a project that will ultimately lead to involvement with Cole in the solving of the plot. If they can keep themselves and those they care about safe from the mastermind behind the plot, who doesn’t mind a high body count as long as it gets him what he wants, all will be well. This book is fantastic and I highly recommend it. Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for the copy. This is my review and all thoughts are my own.
I enjoyed this book! I loved the intrigue and the mystery. It was impossible to put down, it still tied in the falcon point family but was not overwhelming. I kind of missed seeing the history behind it like we got in the first book.
I was so hoping we would get more stories from this world and this book was just perfection! I loved WWII and the timeline of this falls in line with that. Jumping from two POV and eras we trace back and learn about where rare jewels fall into place in the family line. Another double romance story, intertwined with mystery elements makes this book very compelling. I do wish we could get coles grandparents back story more but I’ll take what we can anyway. Can’t wait to own the paperback!
This is such a great book! I really enjoyed the first book in this series, Heirs of Falcon Point, so I was really excited to get to read this book. I was definitely not disappointed. I had all the great suspense you expect to find from Tracy Abramson and the sweet romance you get from Sian Bessy. It also has a fun extra bonus of some much loved characters from Abramson’s Guardians series.
I really loved this book! I was one I couldn’t put down! Thank you NetGalley and Covenant communications for the ARC of this book. It has been added to my list of favorites.

This is a sequel to Heirs of Falcon Point, I loved how characters from Tracy Abramson's, Guardian series, were also included in this book. This book could also be read as a stand-alone.
I love how unique Heirs at Falcon Point and Diamonds and Danger are, with each author, writing different characters. A hostage situation and diamonds found at the scene, are only the first in a string of strange incidents. When bank robbers, steal the jewelry, of the Heirs at Falcon Point, it is up to Cole Bridger to find out who is behind the heist. A novel that is action packed, loved this book.
Thank you net galley for the advance reader copy of this novel. This was a contemporary thriller novel that is the continuation of a story. I loved these characters and felt like this book could be a stand alone. I enjoyed the European setting, black tie event, and all the suspenseful chase, bank, hostage scenes. Well written and would read more by these authors.
