Through this book it becomes very clear the deep connection between mindfulness and intuitive eating. I strongly believe that with Intuitive eating for life Jenna Hollenstein can help people to live intuitive eating principles in a daily life and assist health care providers to better manage any situation around food and life in general with their clients.

I enjoyed this book and some of the chapters. I used it in connection with my company sponsored Intuitive eating program (WondR) and that's helped me lose 15 lbs!

The author of this book offers a lot of compassion for those of us who have struggled with our weight for a long time. The diet industry seems to help very few. Here, you can find some ways to examine what hunger really means on an individual basis and how to approach eating in a more thoughtful way without beating yourself up in the process.
This was a beautiful book that assisted me in healing my relationship with food. I've read all he books from Bacon so this was a refreshing new look.
Intuitive Eating is a comprehensive and informative guide to intuitive eating. It includes some of the most common roadblocks, challenges, and tips to help beginners. It also covers what intuitive eating is not, focusing on a well-rounded and holistic philosophy. I enjoyed the inclusion and focus on mindfulness. This book was interesting and would be helpful to someone who wants to learn more about what intuitive eating truly means. Thank you to Jenna Hollenstein, New Harbinger, and Netgalley for a free ARC in exchange for an honest review.
