First and foremost, I would love to thank Net-Galley, the author, and publishers for allowing me the opportunity to obtain an ARC copy of this novel for my honest opinion and review.
My son (6 years old) assisted in reading and reviewing this book. He absolutely adored the characters and was entertained the entire time.
There was a brief moment of confusion when Pickle the duck came in, and we had to go back to make sure we didn't miss anything.
Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed and loved the illustrations
I think the illustrations were great and the story was very sweet. I will say I got lost in the story.
This is a charming book with lovely illustrations. There are many lessons to be learned from Lulu, the beaver, including not being afraid to dream and make it happen even if our circumstances do not permit or limit us. I loved it!
I absolutely loved this story! Beautifully illustrated!! I can’t say enough about the illustrations and graphics as well as the storyline itself. What an inspirational story for kids and adults alike. Follow your dreams! You can be anyone you want to be regardless of where you come from! I love this book and will for sure buy this for my kids when it comes out! Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity to read an advanced copy!
Lulu wants to be an artist but she's a beaver! What a clever story, I liked that she made art while chomping down trees.
This is a fun and clever book! This engaging story encourages friendship, imagination and creativity. The illustrations were very cute.
Thank you, Bunny Books LLC, for the advance reading copy.
This book tells the story of beavers in which our beaver Lulu tries to be someone unique. She wants to become an artist. She struggles with self doubt. However, she gets encouragement from her near and dear ones. Hopefully she gets enough confidence and stops destroying her work! Well, does she overcomes her struggles? I did find out the answer. You find it out too when the book comes out. You won’t be disappointed.
I love how the pages stand out with definite colours and illustrations. It’s amazing.
A nice message wrapped up in fun, bright, and exciting illustrations. I loved all the texture in the colors.
