This story was very interesting, but the characters needed a bit more depth for me. I really enjoyed this, but would have liked to have just a bit more from it.
Closed door, dual point of view, contemporary romance. Tropes: city girl / outdoorsy boy, rebound(?), instant attraction. Another hit from Sophie Sullivan! I enjoyed meeting this whole cast of brilliant characters. Ollie, the niece, was hilarious throughout the book while still seeming believable as a little kid.
The romance was sweet, two people who legitimately want the best for each other. We got a good amount of depth from both Presley and Beckett without devolving into melodrama. I actually teared up just a little at the end of the book.
I enjoyed this book, as did I her novel A Guide To Being Just Friends. In Love, Naturally I enjoyed both main characters, Presley and Beckett. I also enjoy books where the setting is a big focus of the book, as it was in this book with the town of Smile. I am giving this book 3 stars. I loved the romance but also loved how Presley learned to love herself and really made Beckett better. I appreciated the closed door romantic scenes. I would recommend this book to a romance readers who needs something light!
This was unputdownable, sweet, romantic, and adorable love story. There is no spice here so if you are looking for a spicy/smutty romance this is not the book for you but if you are interested in a contemporary “wholesome romance” this is a must.

This is an adorable ‘redemption romance’- Presley plans a sweet getaway for her boyfriend only to be dumped, unexpectedly. What is also unexpected, is that Beckett Keller will appear just at the right time, and sweep Presley off her feet
This is a serendipitous love story about things falling apart only to come together again in a new and better way. Sophie Sullivan writes loveable characters that you ca help but root for, and provides humorous situations and great banter to keep you interested in their journey.
Highly recommend this one to anyone who loves adventure romance, the great outdoors, an FMC on a self-quest to be her best self, and a cinnamon roll of an MMC to love her just as she is.
I wanted to love this one but unfortunately didn’t. It just wasn’t for me, the chemistry and insta love felt off. Or maybe I just don’t like insta love anymore! But this book might still be for you! Not a whole lot of angst but a whole lot of cute romance stuff. Thank you netgalley and St Martin Press for a free copy!
In support of the SMP boycott, I will be withholding my review of this title until SMP speaks out. If the boycott is resolved, I will update with a full review.
“Sometimes what people think is nothing can be everything to someone else.”
Sophie Sullivan has done it again! I have been a fan of their work for years now, and they have never disappointed me in any way. After a bad breakup from a terrible eight month relationship (I’m talking pretty bad), Presley decides to take that vacation that she was supposed to go on with her boyfriend, and turns it into a solo trip. As she gets to Get Lost Lodge, she realizes it is just full of nature. Hiking, fishing, and pretty much everything else that involves the great outdoors. Not being a big nature person, Presley struggles with the new dynamic. But, once she gets to know Beckett and the rest of the family who are running the lodge, Presley starts to realize that getting out of her comfort zone isn’t so bad after all. This is also a great way for her to work on her social media page and finally show her boss that she is worth the promotion at their hotel. Speaking of Beckett…HOTTIE ALERT. Beckett cannot resist Presley no matter how hard he tries. He has a lot on his plate: his family, trying to fix up the resort, and trying to accomplish his own dreams. Besides, the two are total opposites: one lives in the city and is all about keeping her brands, while the other is all about nature and the outdoors. There’s no way there can be any attraction going on between the two right? WRONG. A wonderful novel that represents the opposites-attract trope and learning to step out of one’s comfort zone.
Thank you NetGalley for this arch!

Very cute adult contemporary that just fed my heart. I will absolutely be reading more from this author going forward!
- [ ] I thought this was a cute small town and opposites attract romance. However, I didn’t care for the fact that Presley and Beckett fell in love instantly. I found several parts of the book predictable. I did love the found family aspects of the book! Love the town Smile.
I received a copy from Netgalley. I really enjoyed this book.
Life doesn't go as planned as Presley is no going on a solo trip To Get Lost Lodge, everything changes.
This was a fun read, which I immensely enjoyed.
This was another really great adult contemporary romance from Sophie Sullivan, that I would definitely recommend trying!
I received an e-ARC from the publisher.
Love
Love, naturally takes place as the FMC goes on a romantic getaway meant for two. She (Presley) then meets Beckett and they are drawn instantly to each other. Both have their reservations but eventually end up enjoying each other’s company for the remainder of the trip.
They both encourage one another and step out of their respective comfort zones and support each other, while knowing there is a timer on their ‘relationship’. Will they be able to part ways at the end? I guess you’ll have to read to find out!
I enjoyed this fairly tame romance and the good vibes made it an easy read. Would recommend!
Thank you to the publisher for the gifted e-copy.
Love, Naturally is an opposites attract and fake dating romcom between Presley, a boutique hotel concierge and full on city girl, and Beckett, one of the people running a fishing lodge. Presley tries to surprise her boyfriend with a 10 day trip to the lodge to do all kinds of outdoorsy things for his birthday, but instead of being excited (or grateful, or even nice about it) her jerk of a boyfriend says he wants to take someone else because that's way too long to spend with her. Naturally, Presley is like wth, and ends things - but decides to take the trip back and go by herself. She's definitely not outdoorsy so she's very much out of her comfort zone, but Beckett and her have instant chemistry and hit it off. When Presley posts a picture of Beckett on her insta, he starts getting a lot of attention and so does the lodge. Beckett's sister tells a few guests that Presley and Beckett are dating so the girls would lay off him, and they definitely play that fake dating up for the rest of the week. But, what is going to happen when Presley has to leave to go back to her city life?
This book was a quick and fun read. It was fade to black, which is never my favorite, but I think those romance readers that don't like a lot of steam will really appreciate that and love this book! Presley and Beckett were super cute together, and I enjoyed reading their story.
Presley bought a surprise vacation for her boyfriend but the surprise is for her. He is just not that into her. So she goes alone, to a hiking/fishing hotel and she is the last person who would want to do either. When she gets there, she meets a gorgeous man, Beckett and he happens to be related to the hotel owner. He actually is helping the owner/his brother renovate the hotel. Through some unforeseen circumstances, they end up sharing a cabin and slowly realize the other may just be who they were looking for.
Opinion
I love to read a Sophie Sullivan romance. They are sweet and down to earth and make you want to squirm. This one is no different.
I really loved the small town appeal to the hotel, set in a town called Smile. Everyone didn't necessarily know everyone else but they were all uber friendly and inviting. It is definitely the pace of life I would prefer rather than where Presley lived (in the city.)
This appears to be the beginning of a new series so there is hope for a follow up novel. There was room left with Beckett's brother and single mother sister, not to mention some of the towns folk that are friends with Beckett. I can't wait to see what comes next.
Many thanks to Net Galley and to St. Martin's Press for providing me with an ARC of this book.
I would recommend Sophie Sullivan's new book, Love, Naturally. Wonderful story for everyone to enjoy. I received an ARC of this book courtesy of NetGalley and the publisher. All opinions expressed in this review are my own and given freely. Happy reading!
I struggled to get started with this book. Once I started I couldn't put it down. I wanted to live Presley's life and have the drive to try something new. I loved all the characters in this story. They all worked so well together.
I am all smiley after reading this adorable romcom. This is just a warm and fuzzy all over kind of read that just keeps a smile on your face. A true love at first sight story that just makes you melt. All you want is for Presley and Beckett to be together. Great and quick read!!
*Thank you partner @smpromance for the #gifted galley in exchange for an honest review.*
Presley enjoys the finer things in life, so you would not expect her to go hiking and participate in other outdoor activities. Presley decides to surprise her boyfriend of eight months with a vacation to a lodge, and he dumps her. Presley decides to go anyway.
Beckett Keller helps this woman to the lodge, but he cannot understand why she is there. The woman does not enjoy any outdoor activities. Beckett is trying to keep the lodge afloat.
Opposites attract in this novel.
I really enjoyed this one from Sophie Sullivan! If you're into a good ol' fashioned RomCom, this book is for you! I can't say I watch Hallmark movies, but when I explained the premise to my MIL who does, she immediately likened it to that...and to that, I'd agree! I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a feel-good, love at first sight, dual POV romance.
