Overall this book was okay. I did the audio version and the narrator was nice to listen to.

The first story was a sweet learn to fall in love again romance. It was a quick short story that had a fun plot with Christmas and all the people she grew to love.

The second story was a little harder to follow. The short stories are nice, but it seemed they tried to get too much information/detail in such a short amount of time at times I felt myself saying wait what? When they talked about Theo getting punched in the face by Luke after their break up years ago, and then she was confused how Theo knew Luke when they were in the store together years later. Why would she be confused? It was just a little too short or too much information.

This was so much fun to listen to. This book was two novellas put together, and I had the best time. Dashing through the snow was adorable and everything I could want in a holiday romance. Pining for You was good, but I think the first one was definitely my favorite of the two.
The narration was wonderful and I will definitely be looking at more books they have narrated!

This was a very cute, fun, quick read of 2 Christmas themed novellas! The perfect pallet cleanser after reading some heavier stories. I absolutely adore Ferguson's writing style and always look forward to reading her next one. Thank you to NetGalley and to the publisher for my audio copy!!

I listened to the audiobook. Narrators did a good job. It was pleasant to listen to. Good expression.

Both stories were interesting. Light and heartwarming, clean reads with happily ever afters.

I enjoy reading Melissa Ferguson’s books. She’s a wonderful writer with a great imagination.

This is a set of two Christmas stories. I think I liked the first one, Dashing through the snow, the best. It involved train travel which I love, excursions, chess matches, great characters, and even an odd little dietary aspect. I especially liked Clarence and Ian.
It focused on Willow's healing from a break up. The end scene with Jonas made me laugh. It was perfect!

Pining for You is about second chances. Theo and Skye were best friends 14 years ago before Skye moved away. Now she's back and Theo is thrown together with her. They seem like an unusual pairing until you start learning more about their pasts.

These stories are pretty light, enjoyable listens. The narrators were good. It's fun. Thank you to Thomas Nelson audio for providing me with a free audiobook. All opinions are my own.

A great duo of two stories set in the winter. The narrators are great and are easy to listen to.

Dashing Through The Snow is a funny, laugh out loud story that includes a Christmas Elf, a Train, and a mysterious older gentleman.

Pining For You is set on a Christmas tree farm. It is a second chance, small town romance.

Two short stories. The first is definitely Christmasy. Willow has tickets on the Christmas Train but her boyfriend who bought the tickets dumped her two days before. She is definitely quirky as she has nutritional yeast in her suitcase and wears Christmas sweaters and elf shoes (just what is needed on the Christmas Train. The second book is not a Christmas story but is about Skye whose heart was broken 14 years before by Theo, her childhood friend. Can she trust him when he comes back to the farm?

This was quick Christmas novellas, but the problem with that is that you just barely get into the world and then everything is finished. I didn't get enough time with the characters and no time to work through problems so everything resolves so easily. I guess some people would like that especially around the holidays but I like more drawn out stories. I liked the first novella better than the second one for sure.

Snowy Serendipity offers a charming premise with its wintery backdrop and themes of unexpected romance. The characters are relatable, and the setting is beautifully described, evoking a cozy atmosphere. While it has its sweet moments, it ultimately lacks the depth and originality to leave a lasting impression. A nice read for the season.

I wish I waited a few more months for this one but I still loved it. it was super cute and light and I loved our fmc. I usually dislike the dmc so that's saying a lot from me.

Romantic, feel-good holiday stories, with narrators that really pull you in to the holiday spirit.

Snowy Serendipity consists of two novellas, Dashing Through the Snow and Pining for You. Each one has that Hallmark-Happily-Ever-After feel that makes you want to curl up with a blanket in front of the fire. The storytelling has you smelling the pine trees and fresh snow in Pining for You and tasting the hot chocolate while being whisked away on a train in Dashing Through the Snow. I loved the ancient history romance in Pining for You, where our characters are reconnected after years apart, and the fated meet cute in Dashing Through the Snow. Each story gives you all the warm-fuzzies and brings that good-old holiday romance cheer that everyone could use a little bit more of. If you love feel-good, HEA, sweet romance, then this duo is for you!

I enjoyed the narrator of this audio book and the two stories are both quick reads full of holiday magic, romance, sweet love and interesting characters that you root for.

Two cute holiday stories. Not much substance to them for only being two stories in the collection. Cute. Fine. Nothing special.

Who says that Christmas novels can be read only on Christmas? I was wrapped up by the coziness of the story even in April!
Two short stories, both very sweet and heart warming.

Snowy Serendipity by Melissa Ferguson is a collection of 2 sweet , fun, romantic holiday stories.

Dashing Through the Snow tells the story of Willow a fun, adventurous, full of life young woman who is broken up with after 7 years. And on the night before they are supposed to take a romantic holiday trip, the trip of her dreams. Willow goes on the 2- week Christmas Express train trip alone. She has dreamed of this trip and will not let the breakup ruin her fun. She meets 3 special men along the trip and they change her perspective on her situation.

This is a cute, fun, sweet, story of finding oneself after.a break up, adventuring and meeting the people that come up along the way.

Pining for You is the story of Theo Watkins, a Christmas tree farm owner who runs into his childhood best friend Skye Fuller. Somehow he agrees to accompany her on a trip to Virgina in order to win her heart. He plays farmer and falls for her further but farm life isn't so much his jam. Does their location and his attitude prevent love or do they both realize their feelings for one another?

This is a cute story but is a hard followup to Dashing Through the snow as it jumped right into the action where Pining for You was a slower start. But so well done.

The Narration was superb as well!

Two Christmas novellas. While I liked the first well enough, the amount of miscommunication in the secound annoyed me. For me the main focus of a christmas romance is kitsch and christmas magic. Didn't work out too well though. I was rather disappointed with this one.

This was good to get into the Christmas spirit, but they where not my favorite stories.

Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for providing me with a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review!
