What a fun combination of holidays and dinosaurs! I love how the holidays aren’t always the most common but still teaches kids about how to keep the Earth going! The rhymes are playful and keep the story moving along.

I love the idea of this book. That someone thought to use dinosaurs to demonstrate all of the eco-friendly things that one can easily do is a great way to discuss caring for the planet to a younger audience.

My 6 and 8 year olds read this ARC with me, and both loved it! We have read several of the books in the Dino holiday series prior to this one, and they are all written in such a fun and engaging style that grabs the child’s attention and holds it until the end.

Dino Earth Day is about dinosaurs celebrating Earth Day, an important topic to talk about with our children, I find books to be a great way to bring up important issues and conversations, and this one does a great job telling kids that it is important to take care of our planet. The dinosaurs recycle, plant trees, clean up litter, and even up cycle old clothes and goods.

The illustrations are bright and cheerful, perfectly illustrating the words on the page. The story is told in rhyme, a big favorite for kids. We enjoyed seeing the different dinosaurs doing good things for the planet and had fun reading this one together. My kids were at great ages to understand the subject matter.

This book is a great way to teach young children about protecting the environment and doing their part to keep the world a cleaner place. I loved the illustrations and the rhyming written portion. This would be a great addition to any preschool or daycare library!

This was a good book to read to my toddler who loves dinosaurs. He has had me read it several times. I love that it teaches him to respect the earth as well as entertain him with the different Dino’s.

This one was really cute! I loved the message and how the story rhymed. It was full of real information but given in a way a young child can understand. Plus it's dinos. All kids love dinos.

Dino-Earth Day is the newest addition to the Dino-Holidays series by Lisa Wheeler. This book remains true to form with the familiar dinosaur characters focusing on everything that related to a specific holiday, in this case Earth Day. The rhyming story tells readers of all the ways the dinosaur friends helped the environment...cleaning up trash, composting, recycling, upcycling, etc. The dinosaurs did all these things with friends, family, and their classes, providing relatable examples for young children.

The Dino-Holiday books are a fun and engaging series that will appeal to young readers. The characters are fun, interesting, and consistent throughout the series. The rhymes give an extra element of fun to reading, while also presenting information that is educational. Dino=Earth day is an excellent addition to this series and focuses on a holiday that has a limited number of books available. This book will make a great addition to school, classroom, and home libraries!

All of the Dino series are told in rhyme with many interesting dinosaurs partaking in the fun illustrations along the way. In this title the dino crew learns about Earth Day, participates in ways to help our Earth, and shows great team work and caring along the way. This is my new favorite of the Dino books by Lisa Wheeler!

Every year we talk about Earth Day have contests for artwork to educate others and share books with our 4th and 5th grade Green Team reading to younger students in April. This will be a new favorite, for sure!

had so much fun reading this book, the story is so adorable and the illustrations were so well done and charming, there’s so many little details in every page that I couldn’t stop but be mesmerized by it all. HOLY MOLY GUACADINO THIS BOOK IS LIFE!
It’s the most perfect dino book I have seen in quite some time!
Kids love dinosaurs. All the kids love dinosaurs. No exceptions. The extent may vary, but they all love dinosaurs. Want to tell a kid something and the kid is not interested? Add a dino. Want to make a kid do something the kid doesn’t want to do? Incorporate a dino or two. Seriously.
This book has done exactly that. there is a mundane topic of cleaning up the planet, of making it a better place, of all the things that need to be done, and no one wants to do any of those if we are being honest. But here? DINOS DO IT. And all of a sudden, it looks fun!
I’m even going to show this book to my tween later today when she gets back home from school. I’m sure she will love it too.
The book comes with an added bonus of REAL dino names. Yay for those!
The drawings are super cute too, and the text reads easily and flows effortlessly. Love, this book is absolute love!

My seven year old loved this book and we enjoyed it at our nightly bedtime story time together. We love Wheeler's Dinosaur books.

A fun read that my small child enjoyed. This had a good message and the illustrations were good. The length of the story was perfect.

This was so cute! Great for Earth Day - definitely strong themes of caring for the Earth all throughout. The illustrations are gorgeous. I loved the rhyming cadence of the text, some of the rhymes were very creative. I also liked that the examples went beyond the traditional reduce, reuse, recycle to show tangible examples of what those mean as well as other creative ways to be good to the Earth. Definitely a great add to a child's library. There are some words that were a little more difficult than I was expecting for this level of book, but overall the story was excellent! This is such a cute story. I loved every second of it! I can't wait to order it for my library. I loved that the names of the dinosaurs were given.

Fun and easy read about taking care of your area and the environment! Nicely illustrated and I'm sure it will capture the attention of the intended audience.

This was a cute book, loved the cadence and rhyming. My 5 year loved it and stayed engaged while I was reading it to him. I liked the colorful illustrations and I think the verbiage is perfect for young children. The book is also educational no just on the environment but also on different types of dinosaurs. The themes and ideas are easy to follow within the book, which is great especially for young readers.
Overall loved this book!

I will never tire of reading the Dino-Holidays series! I love the rhymes and the flow of these books and not a day goes by where one of my kids don't request one of them! This one was no exception, fun, adorable, informative!

I love that Dino earth day is the day after my son’s birthday. He absolutely loves dinosaurs, so I can’t wait to read this to him and also talk more about recycling and keeping the earth clean. He is already learning about recycling, so add in dinosaurs and he’s going to love this. I loved the illustrations (especially the Dino fashion show). This is great for small kids who are still at that rhyming age.
