This Christmas short story was a pleasant listen, although I wasn't super engaged. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quick, sweet read.
The narration was good.
Thank you to #NetGalley and #BooksGoSocialAudio for a free copy of #StarryNightNotAllWhoWanderareLost by D.P. Conway. All opinions are my own.
This is another really short story that was a little too religious for me to really enjoy much. However, I am tolerate enough to spend an hour of my morning (during a workout) to listen to it more out of curiosity than any kind of real interest in the story. It’s a religious story about a group of shepherds and the author’s brother-in-law. I’m sure there are going to be a lot of other people that will absolutely love this story and appreciate the meaning behind it.
This is the third installment of D.P. Conway’s Christmas Collection and the last one that I will read. Conway is clearly a devoutly religious person and I am not, at all. Conway is not a bad writer or storyteller, I’m just not his target market. Perhaps, the publisher and their marketing dept should spend some time, energy and effort on reaching their target market. What do I know though? I'm neither a publisher nor a marketing rep. Just a suggestion. Enough said.
I want to thank NetGalley and Books Go Social Audio for sending me this eARC in exchange for my honest review.

This is the fourth book I have listened to by D.P. Conway. I really enjoyed the other books but for me I couldn't get into this story. I actually DNF'd it. I always feel bad when I do that. It might just have been the mood I was in at the time so I would still tell anyone to give it a try.
Thank you NetGalley and BooksGoSocial Audio for allowing me to listen to this ARC for my honest opinion.
As December is 17 minutes away as I write, I'm getting in the mood for the holidays ahead. DP Conway's Starry Night reminds me of the stories my Dad would tell during the nights leading up to Christmas. Full of wonder, full of life's important questions - the ones that pull out big ponder sessions, ones that beg for further discussion rather than quick, pert answers.
Warm fuzzies, and a spirit of hopeful anticipation fill me for the season ahead in exchange for the time I've spent with Jessie and the "lost" Marco out there in the Universe.
*A sincere thank you to DP Conway, BooksGoSocialAudio, and NetGalley for an ARC to read and independently review.* #StarryNightNotAllWhoWanderareLost #NetGalley
This one in the series hit me hard. I just lost my mom and I related to this story. No it is not them but just the beginning. Perfect timing. I wonder if my mom is looking down at me watching.
I love this beautiful cover. The narration was amazing and made this story everything. So this one had me in happy tears. For such a short story it was packed with so much emotion. I loved it and cannot wait to read more by this author. Thank you to NetGalley and BooksGoSocial Audio for the arc in exchange for my honest review.

The narrator Steve Corona performance of ALL the characters made the great story even more enjoyable.
.. The stories are not sequential so may be read in any order.
This story starts when an injured young man is wandering around confused as he doesn’t’ know where he is or even who he is. Shepherds aided him on a grassy hill under the stars and moonlight and the start of a journey.
This, as well as, all the stories in this series has a wonderful message,

Very nice, heart warming holiday Story. Thanks to Netgalley for the opportunity to listen to this audiobook
Starry Night: Not All Who Wander Are Lost is a short story/novella by DP Conway. This tale was so intricate that I don’t even know where to begin or end, as to not give any spoilers.
The protagonist wakes up one day to find himself in an unexpected place and surrounded by unexpected people. He slowly gets to know them and their ways, and decides to join their group, as he seems to have some form of amnesia.
More slowly reveals itself to him, and allows for him to make important choices.
It was a touching tale of how sometimes things happen for all of the right reasons, and sometimes what seems to be the end is actually just the beginning of something wonderful.
Thank you so much to NetGalley for this audio ARC!!
At first I was confused. Stick with the story! It is one of the most heartfelt stories ever! Pulls at those heartstrings hard! I loved how the Author personalized the story and explained the significance. I was completely surprised with the ending. Great story to share with your family. It 5teaches a great lesson too!
A quick audio book, reminiscent of Dickens and very unique. An injured man, who can’t remember who he is, encounters shepherds and joins them in their search for the lost sleep and his memory. Guided by a star, their journey has them encountering wisemen, angels, and finding that lost sheep. A sweet and unique Christmas story.
I want to thank Netgalley for letting me read this
I listened to this by audiobook and I thought it was a lovely story, about an adventure in the night though loss of one's identity in death but then finding themselves again, the Christmas theme was nice. The ending of reuniting with loved ones after death was beautiful and I was so happy he had his home with them all in, reminded me of what my step mother use to say- heaven has a home waiting for u with all ur family and pets waiting for u.
This is a short story about an injured man who was found by shepherds. He doesn't know who he is. They tend to his injuries and he stays with them, on their journey. When a sheep goes lost, the man and his shepard friend pair up to look for the lost sheep. When the lost sheep is found, there is also a surprise. This book can be read and enjoyed by anyone.
I listened to the audio version. The narrator was excellent.
Thank you BooksGoSocial Audio for accepting my request to audibly read and review Starry Night: Not All Who Wander are Lost.
Narrator: Randy Hames
This is a smart, thought-provoking short story (see the synopsis). The ending did not disappoint.
Please note, this is a Sci Fi -- Fantasy genre story; I would encourage the author to write more.
The narrator was just okay; I didn't connect with him.
Book Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Narration: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A short story about an injured man aided by a group of shepherds in search of a lost sheep. This was an easy short listen, at just one hour long. A heartwarming listen to cleanse your palate between books to get you in the holiday spirit. I also found the narration to be wonderful. I could imagine wrapped up by a cozy fire being read to by a grandparent, which was perfect in setting the tone for the story. Thank you, NetGalley, and BooksGoSocial for the opportunity to listen and review this wonderful audiobook.

This is a very short story. A good quick listen. Very strong religious story. It's hard to explain much without giving away major plot points. I think people who are religious will love it.
This is a short, heartwarming story about finding out who you are and rejoicing in the company of loved ones. I enjoyed the narrator (Randy Hames).
Inspiring short story. Perfect to get someone in the true spirit of Christmas and finding a purpose.
