Perfect for anyone following a low carb or keto way of eating. Tasty looking snacks and the recipes and instructions look very easy to follow.

Cookbook author Martina Šlajerová never produces anything but the best, and Quick and Easy Low-Carb Snacks: 75 Delicious Keto and Paleo Treats for Fat Burning and Great Nutrition is no exception.

Šlajerová notes that most of us snack, and snacking is healthy: It revives us, and snacking keeps us from overeating at regular mealtime. Here she compiles a number of snacks that fit into a keto diet. (Most “regular” snacks have too many carbohydrates.) Best of all, no one eating these snacks will feel deprived, or as if they’re settling for second-best. You’ll be surprised that they’re “diet food”! Some of these recipes, like Savory Baked Chicken Nuggets, might even be stretched to make a full meal. Highly recommended.

This book was certainly filled with interesting and yummy looking recipes. My only issue was that several recipes appeared to be missing from my copy when I downloaded this book. Not sure how many of these recipes I'll actually try, but they do seem to be well written and good.

What a great variety of low carb/keto snacks. This is definitely a cookbook to have if you're living that lifestyle or just want to try it out. Easy to follow instructions with great pictures.

This cookbook is filled with recipes for those wanting to follow a low-carb diet or those needing to eat nut, dairy or egg free. The recipes look tasty and varied. The photography is lovely. My only complaint would be that quite a few recipes use items not commonly found in the average persons kitchen.

There are some amazing looking snacks in there that I can wait to add to my arsenal of low carb foods. The recipes all seem easy to do with a delicious outcome.

A book with easy to follow recipes - a fair variety of snack recipes were introduced, with nutritional values at the bottom. Many of the ingredients were gluten free naturally and as such would be good for coeliacs like myself. Though many of these snacks are 'low carb' they are certainly not low in calories, with some of these recipes potentially being worse than simply eating a carb-heavy snack. Some decent ideas for snacks in here, a lot more sweet than savoury as I saw it.

Aside from reading all the smut I love cooking and love collection cookbooks.
This is my first cook e-book. It has 75 easy to follow recipes that I cant wait to try! Love that there are pictures with recipe - that's what I look forward the most in cookbooks.

I really liked this cookbook. The instructions are easy to follow and it included full-color photos so I could see e what the outcome of the recipe would be. I look forward to trying these recipes.

An informative cookbook full of tasty snacks. The recipes are easy to follow and nutritional facts are included to help people count macros if needed. If anyone has any dietary/medical issues then this recipe book could help as they free from refined sugar and allergens such as grains, gluten, and dairy.

The photos are great and most recipes contain easy to find ingredients a great cook book

This cookbook has numerous recipes with easy to follow instructions and gorgeous photos that make you want to try everything. I liked that there are plenty of recipes to suit everyone's taste. This seems like a good cookbook if you follow certain diets like paleo or keto.

In this book, there are easy to follow recipes with healthy ingredients.
I would recommend it if you are interesting in eating less carbs.

This had a lot of new recipes that I have not seen. I liked the ease to the recipes and my kids even enjoyed the ones I made. There were some that required ingredients that I typically would not buy, and struggled to find, but I branched out and tried some new things. Looking forward to trying many more.

Quick and Easy Low Carb Snacks : 75 Delicious Keto and Paleo Treats for Fat Burning and Great Nutrition. All the recipes in this book are free from refined sugar, gluten, grains and dairy. The snacks are filled with healthy ingredients and many super foods, but are not necessarily low calorie. Many are really quick to make and quick to prepare, so are suitable for all levels of cooking expertise. There are some really appealing recipes and I will definitely be giving some of them a go.

I always have my eye out for low carb recipes, which is what drew me to this NetGalley offering. My dad, uncle and boyfriend all have diabetes and I also generally prefer and feel better on a lower carb diet. The macros for these recipes were great--I only wish it also included calorie counts for those who are watching calories as well. I'm floored that the kale salad is almost identical to the Chick-Fil-e kale salad (I haven't made it yet but did make the dressing since I had those ingredients on hand and it is SO CLOSE). I also appreciate that this had some really new and original ideas: pizza fat bombs, maple pecan butter, early gray truffles. And there was a lot of variety for flavor profiles--sweet and salty/savory, veggie-forward and simple but tasty proteins. I've got a list of about a dozen recipes to try over the next few weeks and I'm excited for them (much needed after weeks of food boredom after the holidays). Thank you for the review copy! I'll post to socials after making and photographing some recipes.

This is a great recipe book for people who are eating keto or are following a low carb diet. It includes over 70 different recipes that look delicious! There are many options to choose from like ice cream, spreads and more! Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity to listen to this book in exchange for my honest feedback!

I am loving these healthy eating cookbooks and am always looking for new ideas and recipes to make our meals healthier. This is another cookbook that will give me what I need. Quick and easy recipes, easy to use ingredients and tasty results. Just what I look for in and good cookbook.

I will be having some fun making more yummy but healthy snacks for my partner and myself. YUM.
