Thank you to Bloodbound Books and NetGalley for letting me read this fantastic collection. Horror is my jam, and these are some of the best writers working, as far as I'm concerned. People with triggers might want to check before reading, because these stories are wildly violent and often sexual. But they also have the thing I think turns average horror into awesome horror: a sense of humor. While I was reading, I was wanting to turn my head and look away, but then I also caught myself laughing in surprise. I highly recommend this and will be mentioning it in my horror groups.

Thank you Netgalley, SC Mendes, Nikki Noir and Bloodhound Books for the eArc of ~welcome to the Club.

This book is a great anthology of splatter punk horror and not afraid to cross this line are some great authors in this genre of horror. Each story varies from weird office politics, a goresome party and a convenience store which some belly popping cakes are but some of these awesome stories. If you are not squeamish by detailed gore and blood thirsty for more then this is a great book as it doesn't hold back. It's visceral in its content, well paced and will definitely invoke " eugh " facial pulling !

The latest installment fo Welcome to the Club. This time Nikki Noir has a say in it.
As usual, great material from Blood Bound Books.

this collection was a bit of a mixed bag. while there were a few stories that felt very specifically splatterpunk to me, there is a distinction between extreme horror and gross-out fiction, and i feel like more of these stories fell into the latter category. i was excited to see a couple nuggets of supernatural elements, as i feel it is sometimes not represented enough in splatter. the stories are good, but nowhere near as splattery as i was expecting. if you like gross-out bizarro fiction, this one is for you.

First off, as soon as I saw Nikki Noir and SC Mendez back together for a collection of short stories, I knew I had to get my hands on a copy! These two make splatter for the fans! In this collection, I’ll try not to post any spoilers but seriously, if you’re looking for something to sink your blood obsession in, look no further. Welcome To The Club Vol. 3 is a full on splatterfest from cover to cover and each story is uniquely different.

A highly recommend for those looking to indulge on comfort splatterpunk.

While not as good as volume one this collection still manages to give me everything I could want in a Splatterpunk anthology. Moments of grossness while still having fun the whole way through.

This was such a nasty, gross, fun collection to read. Seriously, there were some stories that had me dry heaving (“Lick Your Fingers” by Chris DiLeo), laughing out loud (“The Chiropractor” by Aaron Thomas Milstead), and questioning my own sanity while reading (“A Moist Day at the Pool” by Lucy Leitner).

I loved this collection, but my favourite story had to be “Parts” by Arlo Gorevin. It was a mixture of gore, violence, and poetic moments. A new take on classic characters created such a unique tale.

I haven’t read the first two Splatter Club books, but now they will be going on my TBR list.

Thank you to NetGalley, the editors and authors, as well as Blood Bound Books for a copy.

In the short story collection Welcome To The Splatter Club 3, it seems all you have to do to read an award-winning short story is open the book usually when reviewing a short story collection I will say which one was my favorite and mention if there were some I didn’t like but in all honesty every story in this book is so worth reading from The Chiropractor, Parts, The Cunning Linguist and the grieving process plus many more every story has great imagination and isn’t your Samo Jumpscare Grosso scenario I really enjoyed every story in this book ever wondered how a man gave birth read the grieving process want to know how to feed a monster you get more of that too there’s so many imaginative stories the one I kept thinking about after reading it however was the chiropractor because he has such a colorful writing style and I thought that was a brilliant story but then again as I say that I think of many others in the book that I enjoyed so don’t take my word for it, want a great book of short stories read Welcome To The Splatter Club book 3, you will not regret it! I know I didn’t I even have the first one already downloaded to dive into. It is rare I give a short story collection five stars but that is exactly what this one deserves although the stories are a bit on the gross side if you love gross out horror then you’ll definitely like the book I totally did as I said. I want to thank blood bound Books and NetGalley for my free arc copy. Please forgive any mistakes I am blind and dictate my review.

Features the winning stories from the 2023 Gross-Out Contest hosted by Brian KeeneIf you've made it to volume III, you're well aware of the bizarre and disturbing world of The Splatter Club.Formed in 2016, the club’s goal is to connect readers with authors they might never find advertised in mainstream horror. This was once again an amazing collection of gross out, splatter punk horror stories. Fans of previous volumes will get more of the same fun, zany and crazy horror stories. People new to this series will get a good idea of what it's all about. While not my usual type of horror genre, I still found myself having a lot of fun reading this:)

Welcome to the Splatter Club III is pure grossness, gore and extreme body horror at it's finest. This one proves that third time is the charm, with the pacing of the stories on par and each giving its absolute best. While there were some standouts, none left me wanting to skip along - which means this is a pretty great anthology.

Certainly not for the faint of heart or the weak of stomach. But perfect for fans of all things splatter and extreme. Thank you to NetGalley for an advanced copy. This one is available now!

I love the entire anthology in this book! This has the perfect splatterpunk gorey fun. My personal favorite is "You're mine now," a oddly heartwarming story about a man being possessed by a demon. This book has everything ranging from revenge all the way to demonic possession. I'm glad that NetGalley gave me the chance to read this book early in exchange for my honest review
