I thought this book was great! I love a female view on being heard in the workplace! It was a very helpful read.

This is a great leadership book. It includes a digest of the most contemporary good practice leadership such as kindness and growth mindset. It also focuses on leadership for women that might have come from disadvantage for example lower socioeconomic-economic groups, trauma background. I enjoyed the book including the practical tips. Thank you to #netgalley and the publisher for an ARC.
