Coming from a generation with a life expectancy lower than my parents' generation, I believe this book gives good general and occasionally specific tips on what practices can be done to aim to live 100 years old.
The Chinese author definitely reflects on practices and some advice from a Chinese standpoint and background. I only know a little bit of Chinese medicine and was intrigued how Chinese medicine would advise from here. Hard agree that diet is an important part and see why Chinese medicine does also focus on food as a major aspect of it.
Thank you to NetGalley, Chronicle Books (publisher), and Dr. Mao Shing Ni (author) for the privelege of reading this advanced copy. I hope to apply some of these to improve my health regardless if I'm able to reach 100 years old or not.
Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this eARC.
