Interesting concept for a book. Think diet book that tries to gear you away from considering yourself on a diet where you are punished or depriving yourself each day. Instead, this premise allows you to take one day at a time, so you don't get that depressed feeling some of us deal with when trying to go on a diet or drop some pounds. There are some recipes included that are options done by calories, like the 400-calorie dinners.
