This was an excellent book. Anyone who learns lessons by mastering the basics will do well to read this book. You can't lose with this one.

Great compilation of leadership ideas! Full of wisdom and insight with great stories and case studies. Topics span everything from managing yourself to managing others, as well many topical ideas on strategy! This book will serve as a reference for the seasoned leader and would be a great first book in the library for someone just getting into a leadership role.
