What is your leadership style? is probably the most frequently asked question at a job interview for a management position. Leadership style defines how individuals manage and lead teams. This book has an interesting approach to forming a leadership style based on several touchstones: managing self lays out the foundation of how you deal with situations, people and self, two volume of interpersonal and managerial skills grow the sides from the base and strategy and alignment finished the top of the skill set of a true leader. Those touchstones ideally need to be in a harmony , so developing those skills/touchstones is a truly beneficial path. All those touchstones from leadership based on mutual trust and respect.
