This is such an adorable book that encourages parents and helps much younger kids than most children's books. With cute illustrations and a guide page for parents this is an absolute must for everyone!

Ohhhh I love the formatting on this book, and the idea behind it! It is not just a picture book, but a book to expose the children to early words and truthfully engaged listening as well. You are taught to repeat what is taught, point to objects, use gestures on each page, converse about what is on the page, and then expand on what is taught by adding to the simple words that are in the story. This book is written by a Speech-Language Pathologist and it is meant to encourage early words and I do believe that if a parent used this book in their reading rotation with their child it could help them with pronouncing words early on, and in context.

Very sweet and simple book for children trying to learn words. This will be a very good tool for parents/caretakers and families to read with children.

I had so much fun reading this book, the story is so adorable and the illustrations were so well done and charming, there’s so many little details in every page that I couldn’t stop but be mesmerized by it all. A lovely story about a kitty which also doubles as a helpful learning tool. There is plenty of repetition to help your little one learn and to encourage them to engage.

This would be great for babies and toddlers who are finding their voice.

Perfect for sharing one on one as a lap-read or as a gift when signing up for an infant card at the library, the simple story of a child and cat moving about their house and yard amuses while the illustrations provide ample room for engagement (where is the mouse? how many bees do you see?)

This would be a good beginning book with the sounds and repetition. My 7 year old was definitely not a fan because he found it too simple. The illustrations were very cute and I found it suitable for those beginning sounds.

Very short book but also very cute! The repeat of the words throughout would be helpful to a child ‘s learning as they are repeated out loud by the parent or whomever is reading to the child. The illustrations were done very well and the colors were delightful!

This book is a very good tool for early childhood speech development. It gives a clear visual representation of the word on the page in the illustration, so that your baby can connect the action on the page to the words being repeated. The repetition of the words makes it very clear to the baby what word is being practiced. And as the book suggests, adding words to the story as your child knows and understands the words printed in the book is good.

Cute little story about a kitten and it's day with it's owner. Love that an SLP wrote this. Definitely can be used to promote language, lots of room for description words, as well as retelling without overwhelming a young child.

This is a very short book, good for a quick goodnight book. IT encourages the words in repetition and has images to match the words. This book is a perfect representation of a cat! Illustrations are nice, but would love to see brighter colors, these were pretty subdued colors. This is a cute book for introducing some common words to young children. Kids will enjoy the repetition and will want to join in repeating the words while listening to this book.
I like the guide on the first page that suggests ways to help children engage as many senses as possible while reading to help cement the things they learn.

Let's Go, Kitty! is an adorable but very short book written to help make early communication easier for both parents and children.There was a short guide in the beginning so that parents would be able to make the most out of what the author was trying to do...the illustrations were really cute as well. If I had a small child I would definitely put this one in their library as I think they would really like the pictures...this one would be perfect for teaching babies their first words...

This was a cute book with fun illustrations. The kitty will definitely capture a young child’s attention.

I appreciate the simplicity and repetition, good for building out simple words and sounds. The illustrations also give lots to discuss and enjoy with early readers who are y ready for something more complex or time consuming.

I am so sorry but I just cannot resist a cute picture book with a cute cat on it! Plus, the premise of this one sounded superduper fun!

This is a picture book mostly told by speech sounds, actions, and a couple of very easy sentences. Which makes this story very fun and playful and gave me manga manga/graphic novel vibes (with all the sound effects in those). In this cute little picture book we meet a little cat and a boy. They are spending a whole day together doing all sorts of fun things! From drinking something together (drink drink drink) to playing together (bounce bounce bounce) to getting stuck in the tree (help help help). It was just so fun and this will definitely be a fantastic book for babies and toddlers to learn them early things. Plus, of course, the story is freaking cute and that helps! The kitty and the boy were adorable, I definitely wanted to give the kitty a big hug (yes, I am allergic but I will take it, haha).

The illustrations were so fabulous, I love the style, if I would have to describe it I would say it is very soft and playful.

Oh, and I love the introduction to the book in which we learn some more about speech, gestures, and sounds. While I have no plans on getting kids, if I had them and they were young enough I would have definitely used this book + did even more research on things. It is so interesting. Like, I have seen people teach babies sign language so they can tell you what they need through gestures. So nice!

All in all, this is not just a cute book but also learns both adults and babies/toddlers something fun and new. I would recommend it!

Will make the perfect gift to loved ones with young children! The graphics are adorable. Gifted Let's Go Puppy to friends and family and it was a hit.
