It helped me see the site from a publisher's point-of view when providing ARCs, and improve my own profile accordingly! Like any good reference manual, it covers all its bases while also providing links to resources for further reading, so I'd definitely say the Book Advocate Toolkit is a must-read for anyone starting out their NetGalley journey!
