This is a cute and inspiring little book. You could probably read through the whole thing in one sitting, but you'll likely want to go back over in times of need. Really appreciated having a visual of the doubt monster and the illustrations overall. I found it very comforting, especially since it reminded me of a children's book. While at the same time it offers adult advice and actionable steps to push past doubtful thoughts that might hold us back.
