Gives both exercises to potentially help you handle your personal stressful mind along with examples from former clients. Some of the information is helpful, not sure all of it would apply in a way that I would really find useful.

This book is definitely something to read if you struggle with how to stress less and live more. I found that this book was very easy to read. I liked that. Some books just use to many technical terms and make the book hard and uninviting. I will be keeping this book and using its advice in my life.
