I read the second book in this series first, however I enjoyed it so much I went on to read the first one. It’s equally as fabulous as the sequel. The three main characters are so lovable and fun, I’d love to visit The Weasel (…a wonderful pub in the novels) and have a glass of Bonheur champagne with the trio.

Such fun stories that offer a whimsical escape from the real world.

Their journey includes solving mysteries for Globo Pol, an international policing organization that recognizes their unique talents as clandestine psychic detectives.

The concept for this plot was great and I wanted to love it. Alas, it was not for me. The writing was stiff and uncomfortable as if written by AI. Nothing flowed naturally. Which made for a tough and unsatisfying read. Cordelia and Rex very plummy and oh so annoying.

Witty and inventive, this tale weaves about the lives of twins Cordelia and Rex with the enigmatic Dr Elodie. An imaginative storyline propels readers on an enthralling literary journey. I had a fun time reading this book!

This is such a good read! I love the crossover of the future, tech, and magical realism. It is such a good read, it is fast paced and it is gripping, I wanted to finish this book in one go! I loved the characters and the writing style. I wish I could experience what the book is about, wearing someones shoes and being in a whole different perspective. I loved how it was also funny and witty, that was a bonus to this overall great book!
