Hello Fellow Readers,
I was so excited to read Knight in a Strange Realm. I am a big fan of Isekai and thought I would absolutely adore this. Sadly, it just didn't quite hit for me, and I had a DNF, something that I don't do very often. I was surprised that the novel was written in the first-person point of view, that's not a bad thing, it just caught me off guard. Honestly, the biggest problem I had with the book was that I was told everything in a fundamental manner, which ended up with long info dumping texts that were hard to read. If the author had broken up the text with some descriptions instead of the hero just telling us everything would have been lovely.
Overall, this was just not my cup of tea.
I was hooked from the first page and cover, it had that fantasy element that I wanted. The characters worked in this universe and was wanting to keep going on this journey with them. Russell Hasan does a great job in writing style and was glad I got to read this.
I wasn't very impressed. Kinda felt like the author took alot of points from a ton of other light novels. It also felt ridget.
