Unfortunately this book was not really for me, i think to much was happening and it made me feel a little confused, however i do believe that this will be a good book within a different audience just wasn’t for me. Thank you for giving it to me though!
A truly special love story. I really liked the characters and the book. The writing style was also really great. Thanks to NetGalley and the
Atmosphere Press Puplishing and Amy Cole.
If you enjoy stories that blend romance and mystery with a touch of destiny, In Every Lifetime by Amy Cole is for you.
Max stole the show for me—his strength, compassion, and unwavering devotion to Vi make him the perfect romantic hero. He’s everything you’d hope for in a partner: strong yet tender, protective yet vulnerable. Vi’s resilience and determination are equally captivating, making their relationship feel like a true meeting of equals. Thank you, Amy Cole and NetGalley, for the opportunity to read this ARC!
This was a great action packed romance! You have Vi who seems to have been having bad luck times ten lately and Max who is determined to wallow in his depression after having lost his brother Alex. When Vi ends up in a whole bunch of trouble Luke calls Max to help get Vi to safety, which turns out to be harder than they thought. Will everyone make it out okay and will Luke protect his family? I was given an ARC through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
I really enjoyed this book!
I thought that it had a good storyline that was well developed.
I enjoyed the characters and getting to know them and I really enjoyed their interaction.
The story was well written and I found that it was fast paced and easy to read.
The story had twists and turns, it was romantic and sexy and thoroughly enjoyable!
It is 4 stars from me for this one - highly recommended!
This book was too much too soon. It was insta-love but because of the situation didn’t feel real. I think the author mixed up tropes, since some lines sounded more like something a supernatural being would say.
It is a fast paced book with dual POV that sometimes is not easy to distinguish since both main characters have very similar "voices". The book’s idea -the political schemes, the action, a reporter being involved- was great and it had so much potential but the execution wasn’t done correctly.
I appreciate the opportunity of reading this ARC. Thank
you, Amy and Netgalley.
If you like insta-love, this is the book for you. It’s a lovely combination of romance and mystery. I absolutely loved Max—he’s so capable and strong, yet caring and gentle towards Vi. Everything a woman can wish for, right? A big, strong man with a heart of gold. 💛
One small thing I’d like to mention is that I hoped Vi and Max would have more distinct character voices. Their POVs felt a bit similar at times, and the language was occasionally repetitive. I say this with all the love and respect for the author—I know books are like our babies, and I mean no offense.
I look forward to reading more from this author. Thank you, Amy Cole and NetGalley, for this ARC read!
If you enjoy insta love with a dose of mystery and a loyal dog, this is your book! This is a fast paced story that has you on the edge of your seat practically from page one. What kept this from being a solid 5 for me was that the romance aspect was too fast paced for my liking, as in day 2. The usage of the word “ya” also was a bit jarring. I believe the author was intending to use the word “yeah”, as in yes, not “ya”, as in you. This misuse of the word continually took me out of the story.
Overall, a good read and I appreciate the opportunity to read and review In Every Lifetime by Amy Cole.
Intrigue, suspense, loyalty, secrets, murder, and woven through it all unexpected insta-love. A good bit of spice, and a solid cast, who may have their own heat brewing, make this a fast moving and engaging romantic suspense.
Yes! Right into the action and the sexual tension. A quick book with an intriging story.... Or said in other words: this book has plot and smut!
I enjoyed Amy Cole's writing. In Every Lifetime was a different type of story than what I've been reading lately, but it was a nice change! The story had a good pacing and kept me interested.
A different book/story than most of my normal ones. I liked Cole's writing and it moved the action along at a good pace. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC.
