It was not a book I enjoyed or found useful or fun to look at it. I never used it after the initial look through and never found the crafts worthy of doing.

This wonderful book of whimsical, handmade Christmas decorations is a hidden gem. With clear-cut, step-by-step, easy-to-understand instructions enhanced with beautiful pictures to clarify the different procedures is a treasure trove of creative ideas. All materials needed were pictured and explained.

While the instructions were easy to follow, some experience is needed, as well as a bit of artistic talent, and a steady hand. I would classify this book at an intermediate level. If you're like me and are unfamiliar with some of the techniques. Get extra supplies. Watch a Youtube video on how to work with polymer clay, and practice a bit before you try some of the more challenging decorations. A lot of the steps were new to me, but that just added a challenge to the experience. I spent a lot of fun, and rewarding hours making some of the items in this book.

I definitely recommend this book to creative individuals, who like to have fun making beautiful things.

Some very fun Christmas crafts, many of them I'd like to try out. There were quite a few that I don't see myself trying though as either not my style or out of my ability range.
