I love this little happiness journal! It is perfectly doable and useful, with a layout that is cheerful, pretty, and fun.

There is one page a day, broken into morning and evening prompts. Each week is separated by an inspiring quotation.

In the morning, you list what you are grateful for, your objectives or priorities for the day, and what you can do to take care of yourself that day.

In the evening, you write about what made you happy, what you had success with that day, and areas to improve on.

Before all the daily pages, each prompt is broken down and explained in detail. We’re also offered a bunch of ideas for relaxation breaks, changing up your routine, doing a digital detox, and taking care of yourself and others.

This is the exact guided journal I’ve been looking for. Just looking at it makes me happy!

My thanks to NetGalley and Dover Publications for the opportunity to read and review this journal.

This journal is great 🙂

With a handful of suggestions for relaxation breaks, change your routine ideas, digital detoxing, taking care of yourself and others, emergency solutions for off days, and then the journal area with both a morning and an evening place to write, this seems like a great resource when the goal is to add to your happiness percentage (and who couldn’t use more happiness these days?).

Recommended, for 12+.

Thank you to Ixia Press and NetGalley for the temporary PDF
