It was funny and really heartwarming. I just loved each and every page of the book. Totally awesome!

This jarred me initially because I didn’t realise it was a wordless (silent) graphic novel. But it’s cute! And my teacher brain couldn’t help but think SO MANY of these spreads could be used as stimulus for writing!

Thank you to NetGalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for the ARC. My opinions are my own.
TLDR: A very cute collection of short comic strips with no coherent story, but lots of sweet and funny moments. 4 stars
This is a silent comic featuring three friends (and lots of side-characters) , a zombie, a werewolf, and a vampire. The collection features lots of day-to-day scenarios both fun and cute.
I absolutely adored the character designs in this. They were all so simple but worked so well. Since they have no proper "story" or "personality" so to speak I will be focusing on their design. And they were all stunning and perfectly executed. If you enjoy the "Monster prom" artstyle this will be up your alley. Also the use of expressions here was great.
The story itself is non-existent. This is entirely one-shot scenarios with no proper underlying story. if you want something more cohesive this isn't for you. For me, this worked well. A kind of "brainless" fun so to speak. But what it lacks in story it makes up for in interactions and dynamics between the characters.
I think this book could be read by anyone, but will more likely be a hit for a young adult to new adult audience. It is very silly and lacks "adult" themes. But as a silly adult, this hit for me.
I am giving this 4 stars. Very funny, gorgeous art, but I wish it lasted a little longer. It could be 500 pages and I would devour it.

I was so excited to see this on here. It's great and I still find it funny and cute. I highly recommend this book. There is no dialogue, but it is very easy to love the characters.

4.25/5
I really enjoyed this. The art style is very cool. I loved the character dynamics and how everything is drawn especially the facial expressions were amazing. I think it is impressive how engaging the comics were even though there aren't any words.

I remember reading some of this comic on Webtoons a while back and really enjoyed coming back to it. The stories are charming and surprisingly expressive, especially considering there’s no dialogue—they manage to convey a lot just through visuals, which I found impressive. That said, as a single collected volume, I would’ve liked to see either longer standalone narratives or some kind of overarching connection between the individual stories. Of course, that’s just a personal preference. Overall, it’s a good read, and I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out when it officially gets released.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for this ARC

ZomCom'ics is a quick and funny comic about Zom, a zombie and her werewolf and vampire friends.
I've never "read" a comic without dialogue but it was so fun, even without words the images provide a clear understading about what is happening and I found myself laughing a few times.
I expected a cohesive story, not many episodes of two/three pages max but I had a great time: the drawings are amazing and the stories really intertaining and well thought.
Thank you netgalley, Andrews McMeel Publishing and Emi Mena Garrucho for the arc

A fun and simple comic about monstrous creatures doing ordinary things.
The art style is very cute! I cracked a smile or two at some of the comic strips stories. I struggled with it not being one cohesive story? Instead we get very short glimpses of an event on 2-3 pages max. Most single story strips are in 3 page panels which makes it easy to read.
I really liked seeing all the different kind of monsters/magical creatures like mermaids, fairies, and witches.

Thanks NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.
I picked this up because I loved the graphics and there is a lot of potential but I needed more than the snippets of stories. Maybe if the stories were more than a panel or two I would have enjoyed it more. I wanted a more cohesive story with character development and relationships. This just wasn't my cup of tea. Would I read another graphic novel by the author, absolutely.
ZomCom'ics is a wordless comic collection that follows the everyday adventures of Zom, a zombie girl; Ari, resident vampire; and Theo, loveable werewolf.
Zom and her fantastical friends navigate everything life. This silent graphic novel takes full advantage of the illustrated format and shows the hearts at the core of even the spookiest monsters.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS COMIC. It's full of hilarious 2-4 page stories or happenings. The main characters being 3 roomates, a zombie, a werewolf, and a vampire. I wasn't sure how this reading experience was going to go because it's wordless but it was so easy to follow, everything was communicated SO WELL just through the art. These characters and their hijinks had me cracking up the whole time. A lot of the stories start misleadingly and then we're shown that things aren't as we thought and its like "Whattt that was that the whole time haha" (not sure i explained that great but these were always funny as hell). I also loved the variety of supernatural/paranormal characters! They're were so many different types that surprised me, my favorites being the crow people and the woman who can turn into a tree. I also LOVED the art style and the facial expressions were *chef's kiss*. It also gives major Regular Show vibes in my opinion. But yes this was a banger. No complaints. 5/5 Stars.

Loved it! (Especially the Spiderman meme lmao. Or the death reaper situations.)
Silent comics are always so cool, and shows again & again how you don’t need many words (or any words) to tell a story!
I especially love how diverse and creative each strip is. All kinds of mythological creatures in situations that I have not even thought about they could get in. And yet so slice of life and casual, that it’s a surprise how anyone would have not thought about it.
The artstyle is cute and wonderful as well.
No criticism from me here. Except that it’s too short and I could read 500 more chapters of their daily adventures. ;)

This is a Hoot!
While this is not a story, it's more of a snippet of glances at the life of Zom. I loved how even with the silent formatting, the reader can tell how and what is going on, and it's humorous and enjoyable!
You can tell the distinctly distinct personalities of the characters via their facial expressions, body language, and quirky actions!
The artist drew all the comics and pictures perfectly, and they are colorful! This is AMAZING!!
I loved the supernatural characters and setting of all the comics!
I adored the whole spooky aspect, that is full of charming little comics! While this is the first thing that I have viewed or read from this author this is not the last one I am sure! I'm already looking for the next installment or more comics from this author!
Thank you Netgalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for the copy that was provided to me to review and read.

The artwork in the strips is nice, but I think some words would help the stories along. Most of these are just a few panels Long and some of them the story makes perfect sense other times I’m not so sure. This is the world in which zombies and other types of magical or mystical creatures all roam around and interact with each other making for misunderstanding. I do like the artwork but some of the strips I’m not sure what the author is trying to say.

I just didn't get this. I love anything zombie but just couldn't understand what was supposed to be happening here other than taking a silent comedic trip thru the life of being a zombie but other than the pretty images I didn't understand what I was "reading". Although I didn't find much humor in the book, one of my favorite parts was the "spaghetti scene".

Thank you Net gallery for the advanced copy of this book. This is a simple comic book without words. It shows the adventures of various supernatural beings and is at times quite silly, I enjoyed the book and would definitely recommend.

Oh my god this book opened on A WILD NOTE LMAO
I was kicking my feet and giggling while I read this 🤭 and also feeling attacked (the grim reaper def comes for my plants every night 😭)
There’s so much representation in this, my heart feels so full. Amputee rep, queer rep, me being ripped off by misleading images on online purchases rep, me owning a white cat and black wardrobe and the chaos that ensues rep 💗
I’m obsessed with this book. It’s like vines in wordless comic form, perfect for my adhd riddled brain! The art style is so fun and punchy, I loved every minute of it! I need more of all of these characters asap plEASE
If your daily activities consist of rting memes or watching funny reels, you’ll probably love this book

This Webtoon turned Graphic Novel follows the zombie girl Zom and her friends navigating their lives. These stories are solely told through the artwork.
The art style is beautiful and cute, and the stories themselves were hilarious and cute.
Thank you, Andrews McMeel Publishing, for providing me with this book to review via NetGalley. All opinions are my own.

It was harmlessly okay. The art is cute and clean, but it overall definitely really works as a once-a-week read as intended as the jokes are cute when it lands, but meh when it doesn't in small quantities, though.

This novel was a nice change from a lot of other books I read. I was surprised that there weren’t any words but it was fun to see how the story would play out by examining the scenes. I liked the art style throughout this book and loved that it was in color! I would read more from this author!

I used to read this series a long time ago on WEBTOON and was pleased to see this book. The reader can still understand each comic despite the lack of dialogue. This was lighthearted and humorous. I recommend this for anyone who enjoys creature features and wants to read something fun.
