When you love tea as much as I do you enjoy reading up on tea. This was a resourceful book to have in one's cookbook collection. The recipes were new and exciting. I was eager to them out because I never thought you could bake with tea before. The recipes did not disappoint.
It was nice to see photographs because I think this makes or breaks a recipe book. in my opinion.
