This is an excellent book for the simple reason the author has taken some of the most popular snakes and now has made them gluten free. For the person in your family or your entire family you now have a way to have a dessert that you remember eating but had to give up. I got this book because of our daughter and we needed to change her food. It was just easier for us to all change and I was very pleased to come across this book and though it is not something we do all the time when we do want something we now have the option. Plus it is fun to make it in the kitchen with her. Do take into consideration that some of the ingredients are a little more expensive than regular items, such as flour for example. Overall a good book.
