Not a bad story, and I admit I like stories in general about Marietta, Montana series, but for some reason this one had me skimming a bit. It is a novella, so it is short and not overly detailed, so makes a good carry with book. Would recommend.
Been going through my old netgalley requests and seeing what I have forgotten to give a review to and what I still need to read. I don't recall requesting this book or why. I haven't read the first book in the series and reading the synopsis present me doesn't have the same interest in this title as past me did.

I enjoyed this novella more than the other books from them i have read so far recently. I mean Beckett is an awesome character. He's a little bit bad boy, but behind closed doors, he really is a lovely person, especially when you see through his shield and the stigma that goes along with him. He may make a few bad choices in life, but he certainly knows how to step up to the plate when it really matters.
Kaitlin does seem a little to rigid and i can see that having Beckett around will certainly help to loosen her up, stop planning all the time and just be herself. Beckett makes her step up to her feelings and become better, just like she does to him.
Both characters seem to overcome a lot in this book and it was nice that it was Beckett he was more sure of things and helped Kaitlin see a better path for her life.
This is a good read that even had me shelling a tear or two.
This sweet feel good story is heartwarmingly comfortable and a romantic page turner! I loved reading and following along the characters sweet love story! I loved this book! An addictive read! You fall in love with the characters, and my heart warmed as I read them falling in love!
I really liked this novella. Kaitlin is such an interesting character. Understandable, understanding, rule-following, and really just a good girl. Beckett on the other hand is the bad-boy. Or so everyone but Kaitlin thinks. I love how he's ready to all up and move in with her as soon as he thinks its necessary, and how he just opens himself up to her in an effort to gain her trust. I wish there had been more, and I hope to read more about them and their life together.
