As I read this book, it got me to thinking do people who hate other cultures and religions every read novels in which they are introduced to smart caring characters from a culture they hate? They should, not only for the story, but its a wondeful non-threatening way to learn about other people. And speaking for myself, I'd never heard of the Toronto 18 before reading this novel. Now I need to find the other books in this series.
