You won't find tips and tricks to having more energy in this book. It is a nutrition book targeted toward privileged women with money and the means to focus on their physique. The nutritional information it does have is nothing new.

This was a book I had hoped to find useful, informative, interesting, and give me that boost of energy reading it. While it did have useful information, a lot of it was stuff we already know - common sense or tons of similar resources online and elsewhere, and it definitely was not interesting enough to keep me reading. I skipped through many pages and literally skimmed through this book. The book has a few quizzes throughout that I enjoyed doing and that gave me an insight into me, and useful how-to-put-it-all-together tips. I liked the emphasis on how to do what we already know in this book but did not enjoy the sheer amount of reading one needs to do to get to what is good in this book. So overall, just an OK for me
