As a Cyster myself, I found this book to be rather useful. When you're struggling with such a diagnosis as PCOS, it can be difficult to wrap your head around the next steps. Modern medicine has little to no insight into managing the symptoms of this disease without a scribble of the prescription pad - most prescriptions don't work. Take time to focus on yourself, establish good habits, and enjoy the 8 Steps to Reverse Your PCOS as you fashion a new path forward.

Good, but couldn't finish it. Maybe just wasn't my kind of book.

Perfect read for those with this condition. We're constantly seeing an increase in ref requests for info on this subject and the author nails it when it comes to writing for her audience in a clear and concise manner.

For those who have been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) or have the symptoms of PCOS, this is an excellent resource. It is very informative and fairly easy to understand. She uses some medical language but explains what she means in a way most people will understand. Dr. Fiona McCulloch addresses every aspect that affects women with PCOS and gives steps that work to improve symptoms and explains how it helps with the symptoms. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review and because of how informative and easy to understand it was, I bought a copy so I could refer to it in the future.
