Lovely in tone and keeping it simple, this short-ish guide covers the basic of the wellness living. The book is laying down the core knowledge of why to exercise, eat right and be mentally strong. You will not find neither the detailed plan nor recipes, but the overall, important info to which you can attune your needs, condition, living circumstances and disposition. The tone is warm and friendly and I love that the authoress is not preaching any iron-clad rules, but recommends all-in-moderation, balanced approach, which may well result in the lifelong healthy lifestyle. I gained many useful information!
And as wine lover (you can have my portion of chocolate), I appreciate the education!

Chocolate and a diet? Who would not pick up this book.
It started off as interesting but the things were more basic general knowledge about how we must care for our body and that is not only having a healthy diet.
Sort of got monotonous in the middle.
The chocolate facts, however, were the spotlight for me.
