In this book, the author discusses the benefits of mindfulness. There are quotes from famous people and beautiful photographs. The exercises and meditations are easy to follow. If you are new to mindfulness, this is a great beginning.

A light, easy read to remind you how to stay grounded in the present moment. Not sure it a reference book that I would return to.

Some nice quotes and images but not what I was expecting. If you collect mindfulness books, you might add this to your collection but it’s not essential.
