The fifth book in the Love in Montana series. I found this to be a well written Christmas story. Quincy Ryan finds out he has a son Atlas and he now has custody of him, being a workaholic he hires failed actress Nicki Darren as a babysitter. I enjoyed reading their story.

Quincy Ryan was just handed custody of a son he didn’t know existed. He knows how to be an architect, not a dad, so he looks to his own father for guidance, but that means moving with Pops to Marietta, Montana. Quincy knows he has to get over his shock and give Atlas the Christmas he deserves, but how? He needs a miracle. Struggling actress Nicki Darren will take any job as Christmas approaches, even babysitting for a withdrawn, workaholic, single father. She identifies with four-year-old Atlas. She also lost her mom as a child and hasn’t had a real Christmas since. An Advent calendar of activities soon has Nicki pulling Quincy out of the house to get a tree and ice skate with his son. She wants Quincy to open his heart to the boy, but as they countdown to Christmas Eve, she begins to fall for the Ryan men herself. If only the miracle Quincy is looking for included her…
I’m not a huge fan of books where the guy finds out he’s a father (secret baby plots) but this one pulled my attention. I also was iffy as it’s another cowboy holiday story that takes place in Marietta, Montana (which now has me wanting to see if this is a real town with hot cowboys!). I’m really glad I tried it though. I loved the entire situation and how the characters became a family through the build of the story. The characters were well written and the book was quickly devoured. I highly recommend to anyone that likes this genre.

I really enjoyed the book, it has everything I love in a novel from start to finish. I can’t wait to read what the author has planned next!

Quincy wasn't looking to become a parent soon but now he has custody of four year old Atlas. Being a single parent will be difficult with his work so he decided to move in with his father in Marietta, Montana. He needs someone to take care of his father and his son. His son has been with Quincy has been living together for awhile but they are not use to each other yet.
Nikki was looking for any job and lands a job with Quincy being nanny/housekeeper. Nikki slowly warms to Atlas and she is trying to engage Quincy with his son.
Not only Nikki getting closer to Atlas, she is getting to know Quincy. However, he is difficult to figure out. Atlas finally opens up to Nikki and Quincy is too.
But their time as expiration date. Will they finally find a happiness being a family or will Quincy let Nikki go?

It was cute and delightful story and perfect for holiday!!! Loved all the characters.

Nicki's life didn't turn out the way she had hoped, instead of living her dream she ended up working at a nursing home. She decided to go back home, but to make some money decided to apply for the nanny position on the way home. Quincy recently found out that he's a father to a 4-year old boy Atlas. Atlas's mom died in a car accident and Quincy has a full custody of the boy. Due to the changes in his life, he moves in with his father, where he wants to find a nanny to Atlas, because his father is not capable of taking care of him full time. Quincy and Nicki are complete opposites, Quincy is quiet and introverted whereas Nicki is outgoing, bubbly and chatty. Quincy is learning to be a dad and that's how having Nicki around is doing good for everyone. Nicki is bringing the whole family together and in the process Quincy and she develop feelings as well. Will they have a future together after all?
It was a very sweet story set in a small town. I really liked the author's writing style and the characters felt very realistic and relatable. It's definitely a great story to read at Christmas time.
