I really liked and value this book. I cringe when reading most decision books thinking I'll need to learn some new flowchart process system or some completely new way of thinking (which is not necessarily bad!) but with this book you are gently led, piece by piece to a very satisfying way of making decisions. I am already using it. Highly recommended.
