This is a well-written, well-researched book. I'm going to try to implement the basics of the plan; however, I work with children in schools, and I can't stop what I am doing to fit 5 meals in my day. I have time for breakfast, lunch and dinner--maybe an after-dinner snack if it isn't too late. If I were to spread 5 meals throughout the day, I'd be getting out of bed to eat one of them.
I do like how all the information is up to date and in one carefully organized book.
