This book is an excellent for both those just getting started in body weight training and those looking for an addition to their routine. the pictures are beautiful, the descriptions are easy to follow. Its a bit light on explaining the workouts it provides-who should use it, when, but it does an excellent job of categorizing movements by type, area of the body worked as well as how difficult it it. There's also a couple pages of inspiration for self improvement, including a great introduction to the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen and how to apply it to fitness.

I'm always sad when reviewing visual guides when the pictures are "blurred out." I can't properly judge the book and it's usefulness. But, other than that, the workouts are good, and the nutritional advice is pretty sound.
